I found that Lumen advert you threw into this cool Pakistan vid was very interesting. I looked into it and still wrapping my head around it but I learnt a lot from this video, I asked the Lumen customer support guy for information. I like how simple it is and easy to throw in a bag, app on your phone for diagnosis. It seems a useful tool if you have the budget which isnt that high, 299US and affordable monthly subs to get support if you choose to use that service. Anything that helps win the war against visceral fat and insulin resistance is good in my books..

This is still the best strength series I’ve ever watched. I’ll be honest, I’m not pitting one over the other, but this puts the History Channel show with Brian, Eddie, etc. to shame. At the end of the day, they’re both serving the purpose of getting folks interested in strengthening their bodies and hopefully learning something.

I too believe we could learn a lot from the Pakistani traditions! Living in a small border town in North America. I’ve watched our countries, Canada and America, and our peoples become more and more selfish, entitled, two-faced, and anti-social. To the point where it is now out of hand. You can’t even say, “Hi!” to anyone anymore without them thinking you want something from them, or that you’re trying to attack their character or life choices! I believe that drugs and social media have played a huge role in this. But if our countries took a page out of Pakistan’s playbook maybe we’d have peace in the world? Who knows? We won’t unless we try! Great content guys! Can’t wait for the next video!

Thank you for bringing the incredible world of strength to the mainstream from places that not everyone would be lucky to visit. Since you are in South Asia, I wanted to suggest you to also visit Nepal and see the incredible strength of Sherpas, who are known to carry weights that are 2X their body weight in mountains and conditions that regular humans would not be able to survive, such as Mt Everest. Looking forward to more strength contents.
