That location is an area that had issues with immigrants trespassing on the property.Same thing in Del Rio there are places where immigrants go for help . I’m not sure if you drove through on Las Vacas Street in Del Río and off on Veterans Blvd where the Stripes convenience store is where some immigrants wait for the bus.
