It removes the feeling of "they're getting paid, or at least get some revenue from doing this, so of course they're ecstatic about doing this". But with you, there's the genuine feeling of "this guy loves football so much that he'd willingly get around his country to see how the sport changes on every level, witnessing them with his own eyes"

Should definitely support some smaller USL teams if you're near any. NPSL is also a good small league to follow. Teams like Tulsa Athletic and Appalachian FC have been a couple exciting teams to watch to come from there.

Well we have a 21.600 capacity stadium in tier 6 and a 5th tier stadium with 10k seats :D

Wow, I'm from Brazil and it's amazing the league system in England, here we only have 4 National Divisions and this is a shame, since we live in a huge country and a large part of the population don't have a local club to support in a National Division. I suggest after some rest that perhaps another angle to this is perhaps every league in scottish football. It would be a nice comparison with the food, culture, atmosphere. And since you live in the North, Scotland is not too far from you.

Great video! You should visit Sweden someday and maybe watch Hammarby IF play at home or away. Great atmosphere with a different culture on the terraces with ultras and stuff. Tickets are also cheap and cost 20£ max. Maybe not the best football but worth a visit in my opinion.
