Yeah. I think when he hit the On/Off Switch, it just changed the basic structure of the level, so with the skewer, for instance, he originally had the red blocks there blocking the skewer’s path, which changed to the blue silhouettes, allowing it to hit the breakable blocks

I do the same thing! It's my favorite series on KZread. It is crazy what some of these makers are able to come up with. I have been wanting to make a troll level, but I do not think I could make one anywhere near this caliber.

That was not really a twice twice 😅 You just played it twice, once with activated on/off block and once with a deactivated. That changes the trolls ;)

To all the people saying there was no twice twice: it's true that the very beginning of the level was still the same room, but at the end DGR went through a different door (the launchers were to mask this) so post going through the door it was indeed a twice twice.

I was watching past DGR Trolled videos before watching this.

Thanks for keeping me entertained! I just went through an awful break-up, my eyes are puffy and I haven't slept. Watching your videos keeps my mind off things, even if for a little bit of time.

This video pretty much sums up the essence of a good troll level. It’s a game of the mind and how you couldn’t truly belive the level was over... well, that was just beautiful. :)

13:46 it can't be a twice twice because there's a sign post with an arrow on it that you only see at the beginning of the level. There were 2 sets of trolls coded into one room. Then, when you go through the door at 16:08, the door is between 2 bullet blasters. One blaster covers a door, while the other door is visible between the blasters. The doors go to different rooms, which establishes a complete twice twice. This is why the second time around, the blasters are one tile closer to the mushroom's track.

I played thiss same level like week ago and it took about 2,5 hrs. I also was stuck in the same area at start as you for half hour xD. I always enjoy to watch your videos and I always play the troll levels before watching video :D

As usual, so fun to watch.🎈 However unexpected stuff can be expected the next time, hence still a deterministic game. There are those levels that are ALMOST uncertain such as with twice-twice elements and theres no sure way to clear it. I want more of those 🎫

DAVE IT WAS NOT A TWICE TWICE! the pipe DID send you back to the start, (the starting arrow) but in the area before you got send back to the start you hit a on/off switch that changed the start of the level AND moved the bullet bill launchers 1 block to the left which then let you in a other door to the next section!

Dude, i was screaming "damage boost" for 2 minutes. And it worked, you damage boosted :-D

So about a year ago found Mario Maker and your channel Dave. So from that moment I really wanted Mario Maker. Then I seen Mario Maker 2 was released. I started to collect money for a Switch. My dad seen this and he bought me a switch and I had enough money to buy SMM2. From that moment when I seen SMM I got to here I got a switch and Mario Maker 2 and your laughs. Thank you!

23:52 Dave, the flagpole can't be behind the mushroom because the flagpole is always past the middle of the screen unless you warp past it. However, if you warped past it, the mini castle behind the flagpole would be visible

Awesome videos!

So, the yellow pipe does go back to the start, but the on/off switch statuses differ, allowing for the differences. However, the door at the end of the starting area is actually two different doors. The red bullet bill launchers cover up one of the doors based on the on/off switch status. Thus, when you return to the second room, you are actually not returning to the second room at all. That room is completely different. This is a really clever way to do what you called a "twice twice."

8:30 DGR’s worst nightmare: not getting a super ball.

It's ok Dave, I've seen other people get stuck trying to figure out that part with using the fish and dry bones shell to damage boost through the saw into the pipe.

ReXon Isn’t that what would make the challenge entertaining though? Like DGR said in this video, he can get stuck on a damage boost point for half an hour. Or he (or FF) can figure things out super easy.

If you want to get through the saw to enter the pipe, you don't need to ground pond, you can go through it by... Just moving in the Dry Bones Shell.

If you pause the video and go frame-by-frame ("" buttons on a computer keyboard, if you're watching on mobile you can't frame-by-frame) you can see that the pixels of the saw do indeed go over the red coin on some frames.
