Dimash sings in many languages, plays multiple instruments, sing everything from opera to rap, and is an ambassador for peace around the world. He will take you on a magical carpet ride that you cannot prepare yourself for, Sir...but, you will absolutely love the ride to another dimension. :)

What can I say about Dimash that I haven't written in my Unforgettabale Day comment. He is simply indescribable, unique and an incredibly great and versatile artist😅. SOS is a song in the rock-opera „Starmania“ from 1978. The first who presented this song was the French singer and songwriter Daniel Balavione. SOS was Dimashs‘ first performance of the China competition (in 2017) and was his first appearance in this show. The Singer is a show in China where only established singers are invited to perform. All the singers invited to this show are already well-known artists in China who have already won awards. Dimash was invited as the first foreigner as a wild card and the youngest in the history of this show. They became aware of him because he had already won some important competitions in Kazakhstan and Belarus, among other countries. He was still completely unknown in China. Actually, it was intended that he would only have 1 or 2 appearances. But it came completely different. When he woke up the next morning after his first performance of SOS he was a megastar in China and even found bodyguards outside his hotel room. SOS’ first video had 600 million views when it aired. He was just 22 years old at the time. I think it was very diffiult for him at the beginning. You have to imagine, until this competition in China in 2017 he never was alone. Dimash, like many other Kazakhs, has the tradition of living under one roof with the whole family all together. He lives with his grandparents, parents, a sister, a brother an other relatives in the same house. And now he had to go to China alone, didn‘t know the country, didn‘t know the language, didn‘t know the traditions or livestyle and up to that point he spoke (almost) no English, except maybe „Thank you“ and „My name is Dimash“. Only one interpreter came along and that at the age of 22. He was almost a kid to me then (my son is 20 so I can imagine…). The other competitiors might not have taken Dimash seriously at first because of his age and that they didn’t know him but that quickly changed after the performance of SOS, as you can see. Through his honest, cheerful and open nature, he found friends very quickly. Contacts that still exist today. Please also react to The Singer competition as soon as you can. It’s really worth seeing his „older“ videos. If you want to see another awesome song then I recommend Stranger. Here you can hear a large of his vocal range, as well as an incredibly awesome Kazakh instrument. The Kobyz. The kobyz is a very old Kazakh folk instrument and it’s spread among Kazakhs. The man who often is playing the kobyz in Dimash’s performance (also here in Stranger) is the best on this instrument and a good friend of Dimash. ​@@brianhenn9872 I don't know if you guys are from the west but I am from the UK and since discovering Dimash 2 years ago I've discovered how much we in the west differ from the rest of the world in being resistant to new music, whether it's from outside of our own countries or just outside of a genre that we are familiar with. The thing I find truly great with him is that he refuses to tie himself into a genre, he just experiments with sound and being an independent artist he can do exactly what he likes when he likes. We never know what he's going to come up with next.

The German tv special was about DIMASHALI, his production company world renowned, state of the art, he's sole head and CEO, located on a corporate campus of studios, large stage, lighting, sound and stage design facilities, Creative Center, warehouses, merchandise sales, and distribution, video, concert and film production facilities, PR Marketing and Advertising offices, he produces his entire career in house, unheard of, down to ticket sales, the only music artist on the planet that does. He surrounds himself with the best, expects it, hands on, firm, always a gentleman and fair say employees, and runs it like a well oiled machine. Dimash is not just singing high or low, he does so to transmit the meaning and the emotion that the song is all about. This song is about contrasts. If you read the English subs, you understand. Dimash always serves the meaning of the song.

Seriously, not a day has gone by since before over 4 years ago, when I accidently heard Dimash sing this song by opening the "wrong" video, that I don't listen to this song several times and don't get completely overwhelmed emotionally, just like the first time. Of course, this is true about other Dimash's songs as well, but this one (although another performance) just happens to be the one that introduced him to me.

I accidentally discovered Dimash 5 days ago and have been watching every video of his that I can access. Obviously his voice is amazing and what he does with it is incredible. His performances are mesmerising. I really enjoy watching his audiences' reactions to him. Women and men cry. I must see him perform. I'm sure I won't be the only 70+ year old in the audience! Dimash's appeal is universal and his target demographic is everyone. Best wishes from Australia 🇦🇺

Dimash...the greatest vocalist I have ever heard in my 81+ years on this planet. My only negative in this version is that the music overpowers Dimash, and too many of his musical subtleties are lost. His original 2017 performance is still the best, IMHO. Nice reaction.

Here he sing in French, old rock opera song from 1979. He sings in many languages which is tooo hard, but not for him obviously . Best singer in the World, and wonderful human being.

Lol, you can't say we didn't warn you. It's not just about his highs and lows either, he has complete control over all areas of his voice. If you want something in English then I would recommend Stranger. If you are open to something completely different from Dimash then I would recommend Samaltau. You have much more to discover about him, not the least being that he is a true humanitarian who uses his global platform to promote peace and unity in the world.

Dimash is not the most popular singer in the world but no doubt the best voice in the world. he is quite famous internationally and can become even more popular globally if he is willing to be more into just singing pop music in English. however if he did, it wouldn't be The Dimash people know.

The ending of Sinful Passion by Dimash is perhaps the best vocal performance I have ever heard. It's absolutely mind blowing. I would like to recommend checking that out.

He is more an artist than singer because he is a creator. With the help of his ranges, techniques, genres, styles and multiple vocal colours combination, he creates different landscapes to the audience everytime he sings. And it was such a vivid visualisation too, each song’s different one from another. From the lush of green valleys to an ancient China to snowy solitude mountain to dark empty space to the gate of heaven and so on. Dears would understand those references to which songs specifically 😅but I let you find out.

It is not only the highs and the lows, but it is also the many different vocal qualities that makes Dimash's singing so overwhelming. Watch Sinful Passion to witness a whole palette of different vocal styles in one song. He switches between them like an organ player switches between the registers of his instrument. It is mindblowing.

Dude Dimash is a humble sweet man and is the best singer in the world.

Welcome to Dimash world! You haven’t seen anything jet!!! This is about 1/3 or so what he can do! Please react to the same songs but from different places and times because he changes them a bit every time please also watch the hole videos through because something might happen just that time…(Like Dimash hitting a D8!!! Yepp higher then the piano can go!!!) It's so fun for us "Dears" (that’s what Dimash calls his fans because he loves us as a dear family) to see how people react to him. Some info about Dimash. He is born in May 24 1994. He is from Kazakhstan and has been music schooled sense 5 years old and told the teacher that the piano was out of tune! He sings about 7 octaves or so! No one knows he is still learning. He sings higher than the piano can go! He also writs and compose own songs, plays bunch of instruments including Dombra there own Kazakh instrument that has a sound you can’t believe and onley 2 strings! He also sings in about 14 (Kazakh, Turkish, Usceck, Russian, Ukranian, Serbien, Bulgarian Chinese , Italien, Spamish, French, English, German, Japanese ) languages and speaks 3 so far (Kazakh, Russian and English). Dimash has an excellent education: he graduated from the College of Music with a degree in Opera Singing, university of arts in the specialty "Estrada and jazz vocals", and on June 18, 2020, he completed a master's degree in Composition. He graduated with a degree in opera from the music school at the University of Aktobe (2014), a degree in pop/jazz from the National Arts University in Nur Sultan (2018), just completed his Master's degree in composition (June 2020) and have started his PhD. He have done some contests in his life but the one I think got the worlds intension is "The Singer" (Allso called "I am a singer" or "Singer") from China in 2017. The Singer is a program for established Chinese singers to face off against each other invites only in a competition where votes were cast by an audience of 500. Dimash Qudaibergen was a last-minute inclusion (a 'dark horse'). But his performance of 'SOS D'un Terrien En Detresse' electrified the audience, his fellow competitors and the viewers who numbered in the billions (this program was one of the most-watched in China and outside). They also got him the nickname "Imported little brother" the day after the show. They also had to get bodyguard for Dimash do to the famous over night both in China and also the world. Dimash wasn’t really prepared for that. He had come to China at 22 years young man by him self and didn’t know the language. They hade contracted him for 2 shows because they didn’t think he cold go further than that. He didn’t think they would like him. So he was nervous this performers that he had also to start the show with. But they hade to change that do to his famous over night. Dimash got many new friends from this show and he said at some point he learned a lot from it to. He speaks four languages: Russian and Kazakh and some English and some Chinese. He is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, songwriter, producer, director and actor. He has his own production company called Dimashali Creative Center. He is 28 years old, 6'3" and it consummate performer.

No, and you won't hear anything like this, anywhere, anytime, unless you're listening to Dimash! 🤣 Dimash was winning virtually every singing competition there was across Eastern Europe, before going to compete in the Chinese 'Singer' competition { see several of his performances there } in 2017, where he gained a few hundred million new fans. From there he started expanding his touring, and his DQ Brand, into the rest of the world and now has many hundreds of millions of fans from pretty much every country on the planet. He had performed in London on his ARNAU ENVOY Tour and then at the New York Barclay Centre in Jan 2020 and was about to launch a series of Nth American and further European Concert dates when COVID hit. He then concentrated on developing this Digital Concert, and various other projects, including doing movie theme songs, anime, and video's. His international reach has exploded through KZread etc. As you point out, as have many others, his music transcends language, cultural and genre barriers, so you don't need the words to appreciate Dimash's music, but they help! Because Dimash is, at heart, a Story-teller. That's why he sings in 14+ languages. But he's more than 'just' a singer. He's also a multi-instrumentalist, a composer and a game-changer.

Every song that Dimash does, even if it is the same one, is never the same. Please keep watching his performances. He sings, acts, knows martial arts, speaks several languages, plays a whole lot of instruments, and he is the most loving humanitarian in the world of music that promotes and fights for peace and unity around the world. His "Dears" absolutely love him, and he gives it back in a million different ways. In many stage performances his massive audience sings with him, and he encourages them to. Dimash Qudaibergenov is the best male singer in the world now n he has a 6+ octave n operatic back ground with a PhD in music n that's makes him the voice of an angel 👍 Diana Ankudinova is the best female singer in the world now too she has a very rare contralto n polyphonic/harmonical overtones voices that's makes Diana one n only voice of mother nature 👍

High and low and everything in between he controls so well! I can't get over this one even after watching it so many times. Thanks for reacting to this ;) People often cal him an alien or an angel but I think that we shouldn't forget that he is "just" very hard working young man with immerse talent who has put in countless hours to be that good.

You're on point; it's my guess as well. "Alien" music - so Angelic. His voice is eons removed from the Classical Rock era of the late 60s - early 70s. This is what I would expect to hear from the angelic choir in Heaven. His voice is a gift from the Lord, God Almighty. He's got supernatural tones. I hope he glorifies his Creator with such a gift.

I am LOVING all of the Dimash love I am seeing all over. To me he is the best singer in the world, every breath note, every rasp, every voice break intentional to fit the performance.....He is acting with his voice. This song is one of my faves by far. Thank you. ♡

If you enter the phenomenal world of Dimash's music, unimaginably perfect and warm voice at times... other times like thunder... you have to be mentally prepared for such a singer... he will amaze and delight you in every song of his ... at every note he plays... dimash is beyond our human understanding and knowledge... He is the brightest star in the music sky... I have been listening to him for 5 years, every day and every time I feel that thrill that he transmits through his interpretations and exceptional performances... I am a "dear" of Dimash and I will remain so...

Let me say that singing on your knees and leaning forward is one of the most difficult ways to achieve one’s chest voice. He rehearses in that position.
