The worst is now behind you, it must be such a relief to know that the cancer is gone. Treat yourself with the same care you tend your plants at the allotment, sit in the sun when it shines and feed yourself well, and just like them, you will grow stronger every day. Lovely to have you back😘

Ohh Tony you don't know how happy I am seeing you. I have thought about you constantly and also your family especially Melanie, it's a tough worrying road for them also. Don't be rushing to get back to the allotment and every day life, it's better to go slowly and let your body recover, rushing it will make recovery longer, you have been through a traumatic experience and it's going to take time. You don't have to worry about the plot, the season is winding down, and you will be up and at it again ready for next year. Please take care and a hug for Melanie I'm sure we're all thinking about her too. Lots of love Tony and as you always tell us, take care.

It was a big operation on the body, I've been thinking about you, and sending healing for you, and for the family. Your body will have been through a shock to the system. Its going to take a wee while to get back to fitness again, sending continuing prayers and healing. Nice to hear from you again, I missed you somewhat!!

You look fantastic and please do be patient with yourself and take your time recovering. How perfect that you and your wife made the backyard garden so lovely over the course of the past year so that you have that space to visit and nourish you while you are recovering. Maybe you can tinker around with some tiny plants like micro greens when you start getting stronger and that can give you something to do until you can get back to working in the big garden again. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
