I always thought including AI in an Android app needs a very high level of AI knowledge, I just realized how mistaken I was.

​@@Abdulrahman-uk9ny everything depends on the interface. if there is one ready library for that (like in this video about Gemini API) then yes, but when it comes to other models, like LLaMA or GPT everything takes very complicated turn

I would love to use the integrated nano models from the phone for quick suggestions, for example if a user wants to create a todo you could ask the model for a name suggestion based on location and time of the user. If that gets possible it's definitely pretty useful

Gemini looks awesome, is it only text generator based on image or also image creator/editor based on suggestions? I think about what Pixel's advertise for their advanced photo features, is it part of the android API?

As far as I understood, it also generates images, but quite unreliably (when looping over the responses, you can convert them to an image). I often explicitly asked for it to return images and it didn't
