I heard in South Korea, entertainment agencies charge 30-50% of your pay as a foreign model? Is that true? I’m addition, how many black female models and black male models, do you think are in South Korea? I know there are 4000 people under the E-6 visa.

Yes is true... now the ratio black and white is 50/50 years before was rare a black model . And the E6 visa is a scam to people that think that they can be a model, they just use this to detroy the market here and they are unable to work as model , and they use just to be in Korea 1 year . But hanks God now is very strick to get the E6 , FINALLY !

The percentage depends on the contract one signs :) In 2018 there were only 3 pro female black models that I knew of but now the market is very saturated. I don't know the exact number but its quite common to hear "I'm a model" in Korea.

@@Koreaunfiltered In my first pro model contract in korea in 2004 , white models was not even 20 , i believe black people in korea was super rare, i never saw it one back them , i was one the first foregner model in korea . Lot changed since them

interesting episode however the sound is too low, straining to hear what's being said...
