I read the comments before watching and thought you were talking about Nathalie. I thought it was a bit of a weird complement but I was willing to consider it. I mean who doesn't need a partner to be their chain guard, right? We all need a warrior princess in our lives guarding us from the fast moving oily chains that threaten our ankles.

Hey Kyle and Natalie. It is so fun to see you guys playing in the dirt. Usually the native American artifacts outshine the bottles by a LOT but you found some good ones to be excited about this time. Either kind of dig just sends me off into the past for awhile wondering about the people who they belonged to which is fun. Notifications are on and I was happy you guys uploaded this week!

I use to have access to a horse farm that had 2 creeks that joined together. My wife and I house sit for this wealthy lady that owned the farm. We would house sit sometimes for several weeks and it gave me lots time to hunt artifacts. None of the land was ever plowed but I found a lot of artifacts where the horses had worn the grass and around the edges of the barns. It is so exciting to pick up something you know another human made hundreds if not thousands of years ago.

Georgia sweet Georgia. I used to live right outside of Savannah in Hinesville. You got that one bottle and took me back. Of my brother and I used to look for bottles ourselves, it was the kind you turned in for deposits. That way we could buy ourselves candy from the 5 cent section, ha. Yeah, late 60s early 70's... Bottles, pieces of lead off tires and mowing grass. That's how we hauled in the cash back in the day. Thx for another adventure Kyle and Natalie!

Hello Natalie and Kyle, when I lived in Florida and had two wonderful kids ages now 51 and 43, we would go to the beach often in Delray. We always carried our bags to pick up plastic and other trash. They were ages 5 and 13 at the time. One trip and elderly lady walked up to me and inquired what law I had broken to be doing community service (which I had not) and chastised me for making my kids help! Crazy huh? Plastic is so deadly for turtles, as well as being dangerous to many animals and humans. Besides, it’s ugly on our beaches. Thank you for all your efforts to educate about the damage being done to our beaches and landscapes.

My experience tells me to remove roots and us a sharpe pointed trowel to loosen the solid around. Pulling and tugging will break a bottle.

@wildkyle the last field you visited, you said that the far end is where you normally find flakes and points, is there a particular reason why that part of the field produces these artifacts over the other areas of the field, is it close to a stream or a feature in the landscape that would have been preferred? Thx so much, enjoy your videos, and the joy you and yours have for the journey!

That end is right on the edge of a big swamp area so I think that's why!

Was the Valdosta Electric hutch used for Coca Cola as suggested in a few auction entries? Assume it has quite a nice monetary value, though the memory is worth more.

No not used for Coca-Cola as far as I know! I'm not sure what they're worth, but that's definitely the last thing on my mind. I could never sell this bottle. Too much meaning attached! ❤️

You should get with Rocks Cousteau he lives near the Ohio river and digs dumps for marbles and also hunts arrowheads and other artifacts on the river. Think you two would really enjoy going out with him.

Unfortunately he constantly accuses me and close friends of mine with channels of "buying" views and subscribers. He made disgusting remarks about one of my very good friends wives, and accused him and his family of being "the most dishonest channel on KZread" which is the furthest thing from the truth. Rocks Cousteau could've been friends with people like us, but instead he decided to lie about us and make false accusations about people he doesn't know. It's a shame because he clearly is interested in this stuff too, but I guess it's more important to him to just cause unnecessary drama.
