The game's great, and the stories other people have in playing it are crazy to read as well. Somebody on steam left a review where in gathering information they happened to be in the same living room with the killer's next target (the only supportive co-worker of the victim), and as they were leaving the killer stepped in and tried to kill them both. The best part is since everyone has a persistent inventory, the player found a receipt on the killer after knocking them out, where they learned they were in the same diner as the killer at literally the same time while the killer was plotting the next murder.

This game definetly has insane potential with the randomization and all the AI routines and quirks, crazy creative indie (i think) gem!

So when you start a new game it builds an entire history for the city. All the people, their jobs, their schedules. It does an amazing job of making the city seem lived in. Soon a killer will strike and their reasons, methods, clues left etc are all randomly generated. So you go to a scene either finding their sloppy work or that of a professional murderer. From there it is all about finding ways to identify, track, observe, and question. The game offers a LOT to do in the seedy night life city. But it isn't for everyone because it is all about deduction and figuring out what hoops you need to go through for your information gathering.
