    You know fresh squeezed lemon juice rubbed over the skin makes the skin just as crisp but without all that salt ...believe me it works

    Looks amazing. Hit it with some char siu sauce and let it sticky up a little on the grill, garnish with a sprinkle of seasame seeds and finely chopped green onion and serve over rice. Bam!

    Looks burnt to me. Never been able to put salt on the skin and not have it turn out like a salt lick no matter how carful I am.
