Admire the mindset of not just making random unnecessary purchases to solve your thought process and implement those hair brainded ideas 😄 😅 I am having a similar experience Will always look to repurpose someone else's unwanted and was fortunate recently... Amongst finding butterfly clasps etc for the tg-6 I've long been waiting for to take it up a notch Also grabbed a Used DJI Action 3 with selfie stick 😊 But then I come to learn not the best a camera on the end of a long stick not stable enough underwater Your hand being the pivot point Makes the camera move around alot on the end of a stick as sure you've most likely come to learn by now (As James from Divers ready confirms) But hey ho! must say love your ideas and putting them into action so you can share your underwater adventures without unnecessary IG husband proves quite the plausible challenge 😅🤙😎🤘 Best fishes O.P

I use a gopro-stick, but just because when I bought it, it wasn't so expensive, maybe because of the fact I bought it may years ago, I guess when gopro 4 was released, so not many where interested in gopro, so the price didn't rised so much. Did you tryed to add the gopro on the lead, I understand if you don't want to hurt any corals, but if you leaf it on a reef you could have some footage of you swim by etc.

It definitely would have been cheaper then. I was so surprised by the price! I actually have put it down before and got footage. It hasn't been bad, but it's honestly a lot of work diving down, putting it in a spot, then swimming by pretending like its not there then repeat. (When I did it for this video, it fell over and I got paraboid about it breaking coral)

@@OceanPancakeit's just a guess, but this days, I think 30% or more is just brand you pay for, sure gopro is still a sign of quality, but maybe you should keep your eyes open for another company which creates a stick for your gopro, with the same quality but a less know brand. I hope I could help you a little bit.

I'm 100% single, sadly, because I didn't found the right girl. The most difficult part is, to be single: diving! sure I wouldn't mind to go diving alone, but like all hobbies, it's more funny to share it with friends, but none of my friends like diving (how couldn't you love diving?) okay Switzerland you just could dive in lakes or river, but still sometimes you see something interesting. I guess I really need a girlfriend who loves to dive too. But maybe not a dive instructor, because you already need to obey your girlfriend and if you must obey her also on diveing? 😂 Just joking, I know it's more kind of obey on a funny way, not a strict one. 😊

@@OceanPancake thanks, I hope too, maybe I should go to Australia, it seems they are many beautiful girls and I guess it could be easier to find someone who loves diving, I don't know, it's just a guess. :)
