Video Overview:
When I finally counted them up, there were 19 different kinds of fish/coral/invert foods! That may sound a bit ridiculous, but it's true. I feed 19 different kinds of food to my saltwater aquariums.
Of course, there are some I use a lot more than others, but I believe that variety is good for your tank inhabitants.
About a month and a half ago, I received 2 Rose Bubble Tip Anemones from @thereeferspot. Within a month, they doubled in size and split. I think feeding a meaty diet that is varied has been the key.
Now please, don't get me wrong. All 19 of the foods I use are great, but some just don't fit very well for the tank inhabitants.
My favorite brand is definitely V2O Fish Foods. Chris Turk is the owner of the company, and he has three decades in the industry. His products are high quality, and he just has so many different types that you never need to leave the brand.

Nice video. I agree that variety plays an important part of the fishes and coral health. I feed pellet food as well as frozen foods. The brands I use are LRS fish and reef frenzy. PE mysis frozen & pellet. Hikari Krill & spirulina, NLS as well as coral frenzy pellet.

My understanding is that an occasional treat is okay, but it is not very nutrient dense so you don't want it to be the primary source of food
