You've certainly made good use of the space! My shelves don't go that high because I am very short, lol, but I am a good organizer. I also share space with a parent who does eBay, so we are constantly vying for the shelves! I hope someday to have a home where we each have a dedicated space, separate from each other!

Well done mate. Looking schmick! I’m sure you’re probably already on it but you should get some kind of window coverings for that spare room. If it gets direct sunlight during the day it could fade anything in the tubs over time.

Pretty spent after moving out home ebay storage to the next house. We had to pay $11 for our tubs lol. We had room in the garage for 5 x more Bunnings shelves and 60 x tubs. Each shelf is a colour, ie: GN1 green shelf, tub 1. We put the GN1 in our listing title so it's easy to use the ebay app to locate our listings

Loving your journey Matt. I've just implemented Chris from DR, SKU system. Each garment gets a number from 001 -infinity. Stack behind each other in plastic bags in tubs. Don't use the number again. So easy. Consolidate items as you go.

Hey mate, love the storage system. I’m a full time seller in the clothing category and what I do is when I’m taking my photos I bag and sku my items and take a photo of it before putting it in storage. I also recommend using cardboard moving boxes for them cause they are cheap and can be cut to size to fit anywhere.

It looks so great Mat, so organised. Mat buy yourself a Dymo Labelwriter 4XL. I have one and its the best purchase ever. I also use generic rolls and havent had a problem. No more printing up and the cost of ink. They are printed by thermal heat. Love your videos, your doing a great job.

Its a process for sure! Just have to optimize your space as best you can. I highly recommend the shelving! 50 tubs in a garage blew my mind!

The office space is looking amazing but the no SKU System would make me go crazy I did 350 items in one day with the sku by using the eBay seller hub on your laptop and highlighting everything you’ve put into the tub then adding the sku it will update all at once 😊

well done looks great. but you will need a sku system. As I have A similar set up. and my daughter came into the business with me. but she didn't put in the sku numbers on some items and trying to find stuff through many tubs drives you bananas and waste a lot of time. Finally she has learned. good luck and all the best.

You’re an inspiration! I closed my Signs shop down two years ago to go headfirst in a reselling business I have so much more space but you are killing it in comparison to me and my wife. I took a month and a half off of eBay just to build shelves and sheet rock etc our upstairs just for inventory. Would love to video chat with you for advice if that is ever possible. I've been going to garage sale/op shops, flea markets for decades and never once thought to look at media (VHS then - DVDs now) So this weekend I did and scored a Live Aid 1985 DVD set for $2...sure I got some other duds, but always learning. Congrats on the 🏠 house. Awesome set up!! Love the Apple shelving so flexible have about 10 shelves myself. For shoes I use one of the apple racks but purchased extra shelves so they are shoe height no tubs needed. Could run a 1.5 x 1.5 along the garage 🤔 door. Then you can pick the shoes from both sides. Fabulous!! Great 👍 success in the new home 🏡

Looks great. Two suggestions 1 window covering so no one sees inside..maybe blinds or window film with one way view. 2. Extra shelving above toilet for bulky items. You need to organize wit codes like “Hairy Tornado” he knows exactly each item is. He has several videos from his old house which was small but efficient. Get a friend to help even a teen ager..Neice or nephews

From experience, you want to get your printing paper and anything else up off the ground, even if it’s a few inch shelf. It’s in the same closet as your water heater. If it leaks, anything in there can be damaged.
