If you didn't weigh yourself because you gained some weight or stayed the same, show it. Plateu's and weight gain are very normal during a massive weight loss and even your down weeks inspire many people Uce. It shows being realistic because it happens to everyone my bro. You're doing great and don't be discouraged if you're struggling to lose more weight right now. Your body is still getting used to all of that burned fat and it's trying to keep a hold of some because it thinks it needs that fat to survive. Your body reacts way slower than your brain does. What you do is inspiring so please also show your low points. We wanna see you come back from it

Pls stop the feelsy crap. H3 simply eats to much in calories. Full stop. Don't lie to yourself, thermodynamics do not care about feelings. He can train all he want, gain muscle and a better condition. Weight you loose from calory deficit and it is clearly not happening lately. Hope he get's back on track and stays accountable!

You can do that in 6 months brother ! Eat clean and stop eating before 7PM and go to bed after drinking a ton of water and some fruit to suppress the hunger. If you take sugar completely out of your diet also you will drop 40lbs within 4 months easy !

0,5 to 1 kg weight loss per week (1,1 to 2,2 lbs per week) is a reasonable pace. With iron will, 18 kg of weightloss (40 lbs) should be achievable in latest 8 month with proper calories counting. Good luck!

@@CoolAdam247 Damn son there are better ways to avoid being hungry! Food that takes longer to digest leaves you feeling full. Fiber is good, true, but fruits are still very high in carbohydrates. The better option is things like nuts (fats take longer to digest than carbs), and meats/plant proteins. Arbitrary dieting like not eating before 7 doesn't help by itself either. Calories in = calories out. It really doesn't matter when you consume them for the purposes of weight loss. Fasting can actually encourage binge eating, especially in people who already struggle to control their urges around food (so almost every obese person).

And drinking a ton of water before sleep can make it so your sleep is disturbed. Sleep and proper rest is huge to avoid overeating and binge eating.

Be proud that you are still showing up and working hard. It takes years to gain a lot of weight and it takes a long time to come off (if done correctly). Rapid weight loss isn't sustainable. Slow and steady is what works for the long-term. Keep at it.

Facts, no hate or anything. But his progression😊 was going so well up until about when he started travelling a lot and became less strict on his diet. Should look to do more weights aswell opposed to cardio

Uso i never weigh myswlf 2 been on the journey since september, just coming out of a couple month drinkign and eating binge still gor results and just stay with the training uso, up2u when u wanna do what u wanna do..... eventually all roads lead to rome Malo uso

Nothing about the diet and eating habits? That’s prob more important to the journey than the ice plunges.
Plateaus are inevitable, calorie deficit triggers responses from the body to preserve what it has come to consider normal. Nutrition is more important than just sweating it out, it is absolutely necessary to exercise and work on flexibility and mobility, but nutrition deficit affects the metabolism and organ health. Kidney stones are no joke, as you detox keep getting your blood panels done. I would like to see a video of you just learning about nutrition and meal prep, the walking is good and all that, but your video series seems to be ignoring the major factor in weight loss, diet and nutrition. NUTRITION! NUTRITION! NUTRITION!!!

Why have the weigh-in's stopped again UCE man? It keeps you accountable and gives you a challenge every week. Remember no matter what you do you can't out train a bad diet.
