Awesome progress man, been watching since day 1. You should do more swimming, it burns the most calories and it is friendly to the joints. I think you would improve even faster with 3x a week of swimming.

Swimming: I don't know if you've been looking at technique since this video, but here are some tips I learned when I first started swimming. When you breath out do it with your face in the water, it's something so obvious I felt stupid when I learned it. Turn your head to one wall when you breath and breath in every other stroke until you can make it three strokes. Picking a wall and facing that with each breath and lap will keep you from unbalancing your arm strength. Keep up the good work.

I never learned that on the swim team… but I can also hold my breath for like 3+ minutes so I guess that might be why.

all kinds of awesome, new exercises ... gotta build up to them or risk injury. when I used to endurance train there's a athletic tape for the bottom of your feet to prevent blisters. I had a friend in college... I never had her results... she could wolf down a double cheeseburger, fries and a large shake and looked every bit of a sports fitness model... she rode her bike 50 miles a day, everyday. your videos are showing consistency, and having fun when you can. keep it going 😃👍

i love running and walking! 10k is super impressive, very strong man, especially with all the weight you have to carry around, i couldnt imagine! just make sure to have good shoes and good socks, mby they can help you reduce blisters. crocs are not gonna cut it for those long walks lol

169.5 kg was at week 41, 173.5 kg was at week 51, 11 weeks ago. See where uce will be at next week after 12 weeks, or almost 3 months. Those were the last 2 weigh ins.

It really sucks that he still works out hard, but gained weight. Its his eating issue, if he totally stopped working out he will blow up really fast.

Awsome work. Just don't get caught up in that pre made crap. All that is frozen food injected with preservatives and that the only reason they work is that it is portion size. Eat fresh and eat smaller. 2 glasses of water before eating will help you get your fill. Don't deny your cravings, eat what you want, just smaller and make water your best friend. LeZGoo!

I posted this on week 62, I’m wondering if you’ve been taking it on board as I see the walking, the swimming, and even reference to massage! “To those struggling with regain… Number 1. I’ve been there too. Number 2: overtraining and over exercise will raise your cortisol levels due to stress, and this will make losing weight harder. Focus on long, gentle exercise like long swims or long walks. Focus on protein plants and small portions of comforting carbs (but not too many). Number 3: feel free to get lots of massages, aroma therapy, comedy or anything that relaxes you. Number 4: it really is about the kitchen. If you’re too hungry because you’re overtraining, you will just hoover whatever food is around. If you’re in a regain period, it’s because you’re having too many calories for what you’re burning. Trying to burn more, will just make you hungry. Slow, gentle, long exercises and lots of plant and protein as above.”

You got blisters because of those crocs. Plastic, friction and sweating dont go together. You need proper runners that support your heels and knees so when you run it lessens the impact on your joints. I believe you are also just eating once a day? That isnt sustainable in the long run. See a dietician and see what you can eat,and at least 3 times a day. Maybe some meal replacements shakes? Go get em Uso!! ❤

If you’re too hungry because you’re overtraining, you will just hoover whatever food is around. If you’re in a regain period, it’s because you’re having too many calories for what you’re burning. You got blisters because of those crocs. Plastic, friction and sweating dont go together. You need proper runners that support your heels and knees so when you run it lessens the impact on your joints. I believe you are also just eating once a day? That isnt sustainable in the long run. See a dietician and see what you can eat,and at least 3 times a day. Maybe some meal replacements shakes? Go get em Uso!! ❤

IMHO, you should be doing run/walks at your current weight. It will give you the stimulus of running without all the impact injury risk. Keep up the good work. Any idiot can lose weight; it’s how you keep it off. 👍🏾
Don‘t train so much cardio. Train your muscles😉 Cardio makes hungry. And eat more protein, that will change a lot💪
