Jack deserves all the accolades after being slagged as a waste of money during his learning of Pep’s system. He’s got it now, and he’s brilliant. Jack is brilliant with the ball, someone really hard to stop when he does the running.. just work on goalscoring abilities and he becomes one of the complete player in the team

I was one of those people who hated Jack Grealish based on his performances in the first season and even called him a wrong signing. But this season he has completely proved me wrong, he's one of our best player at the moment. Very sorry Jack, you are a baller and we love you now 💙

I always talk about this "spark" and not specific to Jack here but more in line as a statistic. Yes, we have assists and goals that people always tend to look at. But most of the times there are moments (sparks) that happen that lead up and directly contribute to an assist then goal. One great example and will not use Jack but rather Rico Lewis. Rico's slide tackle to get the ball back is the "spark" that directly led to the first goal against Bournemouth which Alvarez scored. Yes, go ahead and re-watch the highlights, you will see what I mean. Also pay attention to his eager tip toe hopping as he expects the goal. These moments are rather quickly forgotten but ideally should be kept track of as a statistic.

Grealish has improved a lot even after all the criticism. Most pep players don't do well in the first season but once they get comfortable, they'll explode. Just ask Bernardo, cancelo, rodri, stones, walker, etc. Come on City!

Jack can even do more. He drags his shots just like Kyle Walker, making him predictable. Mancity's first shot at goal against Crystal Palace yesterday bodes well for Grealish's future. He went near post, but he had too much power and couldn't get the ball into the post. The idea was good, but the execution had too much power and couldn't control where the ball was going. You can tell he's getting a lot of feedback working with the coaches and learning and it shows

Wish he could do something else than try to dribble, stop, pass backwards or sideways or shoot (or he gets a free kick). He rarely makes a cross to Haaland in front of goal. Its rather predictable the way he plays… always to the middle. Its a bit weird to have a right footed winger on the left and a left footed winger on the right and hoth loves to go inside to the middle. He runs a lot and is great with the ball in his feet, but…
