Yes , what an amazing train to surely get a feel of . This train journey is still few things pending in my bucket list . India is a very diverse country and it can felt by something as simple as trains . Some crowded , some best , some common , some elite . That’s a lie. It’s a dangerous place. The only beautiful place to visit there is kashmir and it’s illegally occupied by them. Rest of the places in india have nothing to offer. This one boogie in one single train doesn’t mean there is anything to see there. The country s**ks. This is why so many Indians live abroad.

A group of us did the Mangalore to Bangalore train journey in April 1984. We all went by 3 tier ordinary sleeper class and it was mostly empty. This video brings back memories, though in those days the western ghats were thick jungles & the speed of the train was very slow 🐌

They are super busy in exploring Slums , Dirty Ghats , filming cows and street dogs on street .

This train looks like a real adventure, and definitely going on our bucket list😍

Mumbai to Pune vistadome train journey is on another level, the sahyadri mountains are very beautiful. You should have done Mumbai to Pune vistadome journey.

I made the journey on the New Jalpaiguri-Alipurduar Vistadom Special Tourist Special Express train which runs between New Jalpaiguri Junction and Alipurduar Junction in West Bengal. The train belongs to the North Eastern Frontier Railway Zone of Indian Railways. Wonderful experience in the rainy season..❤️🇮🇳

A quick tip to book Vistadome : You need to book them in advance, precisely a month early on a safer side... it's soo demanding...

India has everything from Tata 407 to Tata Harrier and even Rangerover. Those foreigners who are Bald and Bankrupt and who like drinking desi daaru don't mind crashing out in the bed of Tata 407 however as a foreigner if you like comfort and luxury then yes we have these trains too.

You should try raigad journey with same type of train in maharahtra ... Waterfall in rainy season are just awesome 😍🥰😘

Been journeying in this route for a few years in a chair car AC coach, but the travel in a vistadome coach is an awesome experience altogether. Having said that, these coaches were introduced about a year ago in this route and has been a big hit.

I think u should try "kalka-shimla express" which is tourist train and UNESCO world heritage site also . U will see real beauty of nature and real beauty of India The Great India name is enough

Current government is trying it's best in railways 🔥

Most probably they're going to add vistadom with K K Rail too, that passes through Araku valley, don't miss it..It’s an amazing and beautiful route.

What nice and pleasant looking views, I traveled in the vistadom train runs between NJP to Alipurduar it was a such nice experience. Hope they come up with more such trains.

Indian Railway operating These coaches from 2018 till now in VIZAG to ARAKU Railway line

What you didn't mention in the video is the TUNNELS Decades agp when trains were sparingly passing in this section, I have done the track trek between sakaleshpur to subramanya. In one particular long tunnel, where tunnel ends.... a bridge starts and experience was breath taking.

Another Vistadome train to try out : Guwahati to Badarpur Jn (15888) via DimaHasao's magnificent and picturesque Borail mountain 🗻 ranges. Services on this route will resume when Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) will complete the major repair works which are going on in full swing due to landslides and heavy rainfall in this area. Hopeful to ride on this route in a few months 🙂.

Best time on vidtadome from Mangalore to Bangalore is from August to October. Numerous waterfalls on one side and breathtaking ghats on the other. Its simply awesome

Now I have been on a Vistadome with you, for which I thank you. I am adding it to the tours I have taken with you. Really an amazing train., ! ! !

Im from mangalore and the journey up the ghats is overwhelmingly beautiful. this is just like seats in japan bullet train and swiss glacier express.

This train is best, from my experience we should go at Rainey 🌧️ season because in western ghats it's very beautiful to see nature and waterfalls. And most important thing is if u want see train tracks behind the train Go from Bengaluru, from Mangaluru u can't get that view. This back view is one of the main thing in this train 🚂.

Legend has it that Ivana is still impressed with how comfortable and convenient the chair is.

Most adult indians are vaccinated and for more than 3 months masks are generally not in use.. i still wear leaving nose open but when reach crowded places i cover my nose..may be 10% people still use mask..

Good to see at least a few foreigners can see the good side of India.
