You are a character! I love your personality and all your reviews. I am also a huge fan of pain chocolat and have the same perspective and judgement of this wonderful pastry. I care so much about the structure, the crunch, the texture, the layers, the amount of butter (not too dry), the fluffiness (not too dense), and the aroma. I love to see someone so similar and passionate as I am about this brilliant bread
