It’s not that hard to aim I play PS4 and I get 75-120 kills per game and my aim is really good I’m not boasting of my performance but I’m just saying I don’t really think it’s that hard

The controllable tail gunners seem to be broken for us Xbox guys. Planes just seem to wanna nose dive and the engine seems to wanna shut off.

I play enlisted on Xbox and I’m usually #1 on my team and play cross platform. My recommendation is that you make sure you tune down your aim sensitivity and AIM WITH YOUR LEGS. I cannot stress it enough but straffeing left and right is the most accurate way of aiming as it fine tunes where the irons end up. It does this by lining up your body with he enemy and has an added bonus of making you harder to hit.

@@stormtrooper3660 i use the same buttons to more left and right as to lean left and right. Helps for goin around corners. (also strafeing is another word for simply moving left and right without turning your body)

The worst thing is that controller players can’t lean as a default setting and trying to change the settings are impossible since every single button is used for something important. Enlisted should care more for controller players and host more events.

I have it set up so that moving the right stick left or right while holding it down leans, works well enough

Watching M&K players try a controller is always a treat

As a PS4 player it is harder to play enlisted which is why i think we don't get recognized enough

Funny how playing a plane is easier on the controller than on keyboard, while EVERYTHING ELSE is much better on keyboard

I’ve been watching your vids since I started playing about 2 and a half years ago. So glad you made a video like this showing how much harder it is for us consoles. Ive never played with crossplay enabled though maybe I should give it a try.

You did very well for not knowing the controls by memory, sensitivity, hand placement, etc. I switched to using the claw hold for this game and it was a very good decision.

As a console player, I came from Hell Let Loose. If it wasn't for that game, I would have been struggling my first few weeks.

Tanks are more immersive on console since you have to adjust the turret with the joystick to aim rather than having it follow your mouse. That’s pretty much the only bonus I can think of

Biggest tips would be to adjust your sensitivity till it feels smooth instead of jerky and use strafing to finely adjust aim. After that it’s mostly just finding binding setups that work for you which will take some time and experimentation.

Honestly for me it's superrr easy to play Enlisted with controller

What youve forgotten is that the playstation controller you can LITERALLY AIM WITH your controller, i sit in a gaming chair and hop on a machine gun nest and swivel back and forth to aim its actually epic and op asf

Hey man I spent months on my controls set up for enlisted it took a long time to make it actually work for every type of mechanic in the game and there's still things I could make better but I think if u are ever gonna play on controller ud be way better off with the controls

Fun fact theres a setting for assisted aim, its especially useful for bolt action quick aiming if you're a controller player like me

On ps5 I use L1 to aim R1 to shoot and L2 & R2 to lean and nades are up on Dpad crouch and prone is R3

"How do i do this", "How do i do that?", My brother in Christ, take 5min to bind your controller.

I tried playing Enlisted with my ROG Ally in handheld mode and my god i can't describe the jankyness of the control, fine aiming especially for long range target is damn hard and i can't do quick reaction aiming and firing like i used to with Keyboard & mouse. and don't make me talk how many adjustment i need to setting the keybind for the controller.

Welcome to my world, where on the PS4 you can't hit nothing. Every time I've got more than 100 kills in one game is because of either the enemy team is really bad (which usually my team) or I'm camping on a highcaliber machine gun and mowing down the enemy. Which is so satisfying no?

I’m waiting for my new PC to play enlisted. Been playing it on series X. It took me so long to be comfortable with aim, haha. Hopefully it’s a bit easier when the pc comes. Does anyone know if you can transfer your progress from Xbox account to pc?

PC players always believe theyre better at games than console players. Then they try console and learn that they just have easy mode on all the time.

As a person who plays on a SteamDeck, I’m actually happy to have a touchpad+gyro which can help with aiming somewhat, though I suck anyway 😂

...I never found controller that much more difficult. Course I grew up with controllers that had the option of disabling dualshock so...

I play on a console and routinely come top of the leaderboard, I get really upset if my rank is 2 or 3 or god forbid 4th. If you’re used to a controller you can bend it to your will with maximum effectiveness.

Try walking side to side instead of only turning the gun. If you are missing the enemy by a meter, you can move a meter. Also let them fall into your sights instead of letting them control where your mouse goes. This is coming from someone who is usually top of the team in cross play Xbox.

Also, if movement feels heavy, play around with the sensitivity, and it should help

i play on a ps5 and it can be annoying sometimes but 98% of the time I'm always the one who ends up with the most kills on the team or I'm always in the top 5

Ps5 gyro aim controls are great imo. Not as good as m&k but good.

I play PS4. I don’t understand the complaints that console players suffer. Seems good enough for me. I have to ignore most of the options like leaning or war crys etc, but it works well enough

The only real problems are learning how to precisely aim and turning around quickly. Having a mouse allows you to move the mouse a centimeter or across the entire table top. On console you have restricted movement bounds. For leaning and war cries I bind them to right bumper so when I double tap I get the menu and when I hold it down and use my movement joystick I lean.

@@ajtheflame9180 I have my war cry binded to my melee button. And for leaning, I use auto lean or I just strafe. For precise shooting, I’ve just forced myself to use bolt action only. An M1903 at tier 5 forces you to hit your shots pretty good

Lmao, weak! Jokes aside, you did well for someone who rarely uses a controller. You'll get better with experience; play enough and you'll develop the feel and muscle memory for it. Also, practice moving the soldier a bit to tune the aim. I sometimes find myself doing this instinctively. Also also, quick switch isn't binded by default. I had to set mine to double tap on the B button.

OK, I'm going to feel really, really bad for asking this, but like what? Really is the difference besides. Being able to call orders out better because I've been playing on an Xbox controller. As long as I've played, I get by fine.

Enlisted steam was being sold for about 9 hours. The unbelievably vast majority of people are playing on console and from the dedicated client

The aim assist is painstakingly strong that it hinders you when using full auto weapons.

well most ppl get used to whatever they play on i personally play pc and ps5....will say console aim assist goes hard with a bolt action

I only play against console players because the exact reason that mouse and keyboard just makes it unfair qgainst controller players, I have insanely fast reflexes and great at aiming but I still lose to pc players all the time but console players are very evenly matched or I'm the one destroying

Idk why any console player would have cross platform active. Just go into your settings, switch cross platform to console only and actually enjoy the game.

I play cross platform on any game I can. I see it as more of a challenge, plus it means I get to shit on PC master race sorts in chat when they get salty. My literally burned out PS4 is still viable lol

Controllers ruin this game for pc players. Unnatural shots trough the walls and bushes, etc. They can disable cross-play but pc players can't, that's the real problem. Do the people playing goldeneye64 complained that they were struggling? Playing a vintage shooter game with 2 THUMBS just shouldn't be a thing, period. Do you see people with only 1 arm in the NBA getting 4 points instead of 2 for a basket? Same thing.

Controllers have auto aim yes but it's still hard to use especially against most k&m players. If you're using a mouse and keyboard and you're getting rekt by controller users then it's a skill issue.
