Try applying Retinol to your face! You're supposed to only apply it ~3 times a week at first and only at night before bed but if you apply it in the morning or during the day, you just can't go out into the sun after you apply it. I recommend you also apply a moisturizer to your face in the morning because Retinol will dry out your face. I know you do a lot of research for these videos so I urge you to do your own research as not everything I say will be 100% accurate but you should really try it out as one of your videos!

The scar from that zit - pale but noticeable pink spot - is still there! Plus it made my eyes all wrinkly for a few days after application, which got better until i reapplied. Guess different stroked for folks and all that, YMMV etc.😪

You can get these from the diet, mainly from organ meats and meats with skin, fish with skin as well but not everyone eats from all possible food categories so it's helpful.

MSM is great aswell I just started taking it internally :) The digestive enzymes are great, the Enzymedica Digest Gold is the best one because it contains all the enzymes to take with your food to help break down, use as energy and prevents gas and bloating-the spectrum is used usually incase someone thinks they have a food sensitivity but are unsure what it is.

The pregnenolone from "Life Extension" brand and a couple others were all good, but Double Wood pregnenolone did *nothing* ... FWIW. World-record-holding American powerlifter Matt Wenning claims Canadian supplements are superior due to the higher regulations in that country. He recommends ATP Labs and Designs for Health, and one other I can't remember the name of. I'm trying those out when I have to reup on my regular supplements.

I'm 38 and even though most people tell me I still look like I'm in my 20's, I'm definitely starting to feel the effects of aging - some aching in the joints, less energy, some wrinkles and grey hairs starting to creep in, some moments of having trouble remembering small things and heading downstairs, no morning wood and loss of erectile strength. So to get on top of all of this, over the past months, I've started cutting porn, practicing some semen retention, doing 16:8 intermittent fasting, taking a powdered herbal mixture of maca root, tongkat ali, tribulus and cistanche mixed in water as well as this week adding collagen tablets and icing my testicles. Now I can say without a doubt I've hit upon the following benefits: Lost weight and looking leaner/more toned, more energy, higher libido and return of morning wood and random boners during the day including improved erectile quality, my memory is improving, nails are growing faster, joints are moving better. I have no noticeable improvement in skin yet, but that could just take longer to see an improvement as I've only been taking the supplements for skin improvement a very short amount of time. I love your videos and seeing what else I may be able to play around with as options to continue on my youthful health journey! Thank you 😊🙏🏻

It's super impressive how much effort you've put in and the results you're seeing. For skin, topical vitamin A (retinol or retinoid) is really the only science backed and proven topical that can reverse some of the signs of aging. There's a few dermatologists on KZread that have great advice about how to start using it and which prescription or over the counter products to try. Dr Dray on KZread is a good unbiased, fact based source. Also try wearing sunscreen daily (at least on the face and neck). 90% of skin aging is photo aging from UVA rays breaking down collagen and elastin over time, so daily spf can prevent some of that at least. All the best on your healthy aging journey :).
