I would have gone with possibly wool or a more aggressive foam pad on a rotary. A lot of those defects would have been removable.

getting paint protection will prevent this from happening.

what kind of protection you recommend? the scratches on the hood are not deep, but they happened like i mentioned from a plastic roof (suntuf) that was on the road. I don't think any paint would survive that incident without any damage.

I dont think the model 3 is considered as a premium car. Here in Israel it cost 20% more than a corolla.

20% is the premium price…Corolla is considered to be a budget car

Doesn't help Tesla paint is the worst in the car industry

Originally it was just the cars from the Fremont factory. Its an old plant they bought that had a 60 something year old paint shop. Something with they way they were letting the paint dry or something. The 3 and Y got it the worst. Then they had problems with the temperature the paint was sprayed in. They might all have problems. @@DIY-Mechanic
