Kanafah real name is Künefe and comes originally from Iskenderun, a placed called to Alexander the Great, this place is based in Turkey. I bet that there is no better Künefe than in Turkey and the people who tasted it will agree with me!

Sema bro. Super ah pannuringa. I had this in a street shop in Jordan they make it like this only except that they don’t flip. They just pour sugar syrup n add pista and make it rich. Sema. It’s healthier coz they add mozzarella. U have made a healthier version, nice idea. Keep it up. 👌🏼

I use this vermicilie instead of noodles, while making veg. Noodles! N believe me it tastes yummy n good for health as made using atta.
