It's called hypersensitivity. When my anxiety is high and there isn't anything distracting my mind, when it's dead silent, sound will intensify. For me I describe it as feeling like your being yelled at by a big angry beast but without the sound of such a thing being there. You feel everything and hear everything all at once and it feels threatening.

something similar happened to me, a long time ago i was in the bedroom i shared with my sister, which we were in the process of cleaning. There was a pile of clothes in the corner, and i was cleaning, with my sister, suddenly i am aware of this noise, and it sounded just like what you described, deep breathing, only it was kind of quiet, though the longer i listened the louder it got, and there was no one upstairs where we were, it was complete silence up here. we pretty much froze for probably 5 minuets, trying to figure out where it was coming from, it was coming from the pile of clothes. I thought someone was under the clothes breathing as loud as she could! But the thing was it was small, like no one could fit under there! finally i worked up the courage to poke around in the clothes and nothing was there, the sound kinda faded out, it was one of the weirdest things thats ever happened to me.

Stuff like this only happens at night....I work in a hospital and if I lose a patient, I go home and swear I hear their voices......I never share this with my coworkers....a bit too strange. Maybe I need to change career's

Carry pieces of quartz with you. It cleanses and protects. Also, they may need help. They see you as someone who can give them that help. Close you eyes and tell them if they see a light or hear happy things to go towards it. If they don't leave after 5-10 minutes, tell them your boundaries out loud such as, don't touch me ever, don't move things, etc. Sometimes they need you because it helps them to remain calm. It sounds very odd but I have to do it a lot. If they break a rule, sternly go over the rules again. It takes a while for them to learn. Remember the quartz too. Wish you luck.

Ok, so many things here... Firstly, I’m a reborn Bunny follower. I’m loving your changes you’re going for. I’ve been commenting on your newer videos saying I believe you’re an empath, just from listening to you talk about your struggles with depression & anxiety. After watching this video, you are definitely an empath. You are pretty much where I was about 5 years ago. Super scared, but sensing it all. You probably were sensing something. And the “fear” you felt from your experience isn’t fear. We interpret it as fear, because movies, stories, etc. have given us the impression that these things are scary. But tune into that feeling. It is your 6th sense. You can practice not being afraid, rather just acknowledge that you have sensed a spirit in some way. (I, myself still have to practice this reminder sometimes.) You are fascinated with the paranormal because you are sensing it all the time. Ever try saging your living space? It may help to clear your unwanted visitors. You should do a colab with the Psychic Twins, and let them explain things to you. Seriously though, look into being emapathic. I believe it could help you out a great deal. (I’ll just keep repeating this for you, in case you don’t look at old video comments.) ✨🙏🏻✨

Oh, and the tearing up...I do the same thing when recalling a moment of spiritual connection. I felt pretty stupid about it until my daughter (more meta than I can hope to be) told me it was because I was “in the flow”. When we are in the spiritual zone which is not made for our physical bodies, crying is one of the only ways our bodies can handle it. It’s a powerful force, and we are earthly beings. Hope some of this helps!

True. I had a doll that would be in a different place than where I left her whenever I left the room, it turns out, it wasn't the doll itself, it was her dress and bonnet. The dress and bonnet were originally part of one of my great grandmother's porcelain dolls that had been long lost, only her dress and bonnet remained (no one knows where the doll went, in just kind of disappeared into thin air, one family mystery that will most likely never be solved). So, my grandmother bought me a doll that was similar to my great gran's for my 8th b-day and gave me her doll's dress and bonnet to go with her as extra clothing. When Sophia wasn't wearing HER original dress and bonnet, she moved... A LOT. To the point that I decided to experiment and place her in a box, close the top and come back an hour later. She was out of the box and sitting up against my pillows on my bed when I returned. I was the only one home.

Omg every time I feel a presence or tell a scary paranormal story, my eyes water terribly! I thought I was the only one!

HeatherLinn yeah, even for some who dont believe in paranormal, its still true that some objects (more often old and toys and such) hold a lot of energy within them, like a deposit of energy from people owners or just the place they used to belong to. And sometimes it feels SO heavy, i always burn some incense sticks or just give those objects some kind of "spiritual welcoming"

I personally don't believe in the superstitions that arise with Friday the 13th, but I'll always watch a paranormal video from Bunny!

This sort of stuff is right up my alley. I've been sensitive to the spiritual word since I was a kid. At first it was a bit unsettling but then I became fascinated by it. I've experienced and have communicated with ghosts first hand and it was really amazing! I always love meeting other people who share the same experiences in such things as the paranormal/ the spiritual world. Can't wait to hear the rest of your story!

The anxiety you feel is an exact reaction i use to have when an experience was true or i have an experience verified. I totally get how you feel girl. But it gets easier :3. I loved this story. Stay positive.

Anything ghostly makes my eyes water! It's not like a cry but super stinging watering of the eyes, and then major chills. Your the first person to confirm I'm not weird and the only one that does that. Haha. Enjoying your videos, please keep it up!

I'm dying lol It was Friday the 13Th and I set a special ringtone of heavy breathing and a whisper saying, hello? I always turn down my notification volume... Then I forgot to turn off that ringtone 😂 I was about 7 minutes in and all of a sudden i hear breathing and Hello? I JUMPED OUT OF BED *In full panic mode* and ran back in to the bedroom and my phone said "blahblahblah has posted on instagram for the first time in a while...I ALMOST PEED MYSELF!😂

Yes, in an extreme emotional state, i begin to cry without control. It is not sobbing, it is like someone turned on a faucet and tears just stream down my face. I totally can relate Bunny.

I have the SAME EXACT reaction to spirits, even talking or thinking about experiences I’ve had immediately triggers a crying response. I’ll be immediately bawling, like from 0-60. I’ve always been like this, idk if it’s a sensitivity/empathy thing or what, but I’ve never seen anyone who does this too and I’m now glad I finally have. Good luck! I've had something very similar happen a few times over the past month, since moving into my new place. I was listening intently to this video as it was, but as soon as you said the word 'breathing,' my jaw dropped! The first time I heard the breathing noise, it sounded as if it was coming from right behind me. I tried not to think too much of it, just told myself it was a strange noise of some sort. When it happened again a few weeks later, which happened to be the morning prior to the anniversary of my grandfathers death, I knew it wasn't just any noise. It's like every emotion comes over you all at once when you realise what it could be! My previous home was a 1925 homestead so I had my fair share of experiences there, thankfully nothing bad! Incredible video Bunny!

I've never been super crazy about paranormal stories but I do love hearing about true crime and stories of unsolved cases and missing cases, and much like you, my mental health suffers due to it! I'm currently a full time college student and working 2 jobs, meaning my mental health is already exhausted, but I've been going to these things to relax and my mental health has really just took a hit because of it

I thought I was the only one who felt the same way you do about the paranormal... I too had to separate all watching of paranormal stuff bc it was affecting my entire home and the kids were always to scared of there bedrooms, crazier stuff so when I stopped then blessed the entire home with holy water things felt light and airy again.
