Even though its the original place, better chopped chesse in other parts of that neighborhood (the key ingredient is sazon seasoning on the meat, if theres no sazon, it aint a valid chopped cheese).

Hey Lisa, I know this is out of the blue but could you try ramen like how I make it? First: boil water with a pinch of salt and a pinch of Tony Chacheres creole seasoning till ready for noodles Second: Add in ramen noodles and wait and stir for them to be finished Third: Take out the ramen and dump the water out expect for a little Fourth: Add a splash of milk, some sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, cholula hit sauce, and some sesame seed oil And boom! You have my favorite and delicious ramen :)
