I Tried The Internet's WEIRDEST Hair Regrowth Tools

In this video I document my 30-day hair regrowth journey using Rogaine and derma rolling. Hair loss is a common problem that affects many people, and it can be a source of insecurity and frustration. During my 30-day hair regrowth journey, I will be using two main methods: Rogaine and derma rolling. Rogaine, also known as Minoxidil, is a topical medication that has been proven to help regrow hair. Derma rolling, on the other hand, is a process where a small roller with tiny needles is used to create micro-injuries on the scalp. This stimulates blood flow and promotes the growth of new hair. Throughout my journey, I will be sharing my experience with both methods, including any side effects or changes I notice in my hair. I will also be sharing tips and tricks for using these products effectively, as well as other strategies for promoting hair growth and maintaining healthy hair.

Do the research before you start using minoxidil, because once you start it you have to use for the rest of your life, I m telling you from my own experience, I was losing my hair then found out about minoxidil, I started it and the results were incredible, I thought to myself that is good enough and stoped it for a like 3 months, during that time i lost even more hair than before i started using it, then jumped back on minoxidil again and my hair regrew but less than the first time, i did not want to stop using again this time however i started having very noticeable chest pain as minoxidil was originally intended to lower blood pressure by expanding capillaries. So i stoped again, chest pain went away but I lost even more hair. So before you start minoxidil think about it twice, it definitely works but you cant stop it and might experience some physical discomfort.

You don’t lose more ground from hopping on and off minoxidil. This is a very old myth that’s been debunked by many professionals. What happens is once you stop using minoxidil, you do start to lose your hair again, but only at the same rate that you would have had you never been using it at all. Your DHT basically catches up to you again once you stop, which is why you lose ground from starting and stopping. Once you stop, you basically go to where you would have been had you never been using it. If you used finasteride in combination with minoxidil, you’d have been able to hop on and off minoxidil and not lose your gains. A DHT blocker is what halts the hair loss, not minoxidil. The minoxidil is simply a growth anagen.

You can only use it for periods of 5-6 months after which you take a break because the body gets used to the substance and you take it for nothing. I say this from my own experience, I didn't have any problems with my heart, but it only works intermittently (use for 3-5 months/break for 3-5 months), i speak about 5%

Could you add a green tea spray and rosemary oil to the routine? Don't want to sound like one of these essential oil Karens, but I have seen many people making videos of how that particular combination works wonders and even licensed doctors are recommending it as a cheap, natural alternative to Rogaine, even though it might not be as fast. Of course, I'm not a medical specialist in any area so if any of these 2 clash with your treatment please disregard my suggestion.

Conclusion No te estreses.

Derma pens/stamps are just more consistent than derma rollers, but the results are ultimately the same. The idea needle length is 0.6-0.8mm, but with derma rollers it’s recommended to get 1.5mm needles due to the inconsistency in the pressure you apply when using them. 1-2x sessions per week is said to have the best results

@@Roxville23micro needling grows more hair then minoxidil alone. It also stays and doesn’t fall out. But yea quitting minoxidil will make your hair fall back out lol. It’s fairly cheap. It doesn’t matter what brand. A three month supply of organic will set me back 80 US dollars. Generic three month supply was forty. You don’t have to use it twice a day either many studies show it works just as well. But with me. I followed the instructions. Also rosemary oil actually has the same efficacy. I don’t know if you stop the rosemary oil hat it will fall back out. I’m a man so I can use a dht blocker to keep new hair from falling out again.

You can only use it for periods of 5-6 months after which you take a break because the body gets used to the substance and you take it for nothing. I say this from my own experience, I didn't have any problems with my heart, but it only works intermittently (use for 3-5 months/break for 3-5 months)

You are only dealing with half the issue here. The derma rolling and minoxidil only stimulate growth. You are not doing anything to address the shedding part of the equation. Without taking something like finasteride to deal with the shedding/hairloss then the results from using regrowth tools is going to be minimal. For best results, you want to stop the hair loss AND increase the regrowth.

take 100% what I tell you because I tell you from my experience: the first results with minoxidil 5% are visible only after a month - a month and a half even two, at first the hair will fall out thin as after a hair transplant, after which will grow thick hair but it will last a maximum of 3-4 months after which it will fall out, that's why you can use minoxidil ONLY IN CYCLES OF 4-5 months, after which there is a 4-5 month break so that the body gets used to minoxidil, then you take it from the beginning, so basically you can't have thick hair continuously but only for 5-6 months a year.
