Kind of reminds me of tank Karma from last season with Radiant Virtue. There have always been these weird niche builds that can be viable in certain situations but barely anyone uses them, mostly because there are other builds that work better much more often. Cool video though and Caedrel is hilarious.

I think it's really interesting unending despair applies ability effects like Liandry's, not sure thats ever been the case before that an item damage counts as ability damage. It will also proc comet, Luden's, Zaz'Zak's and the like. In any case, I've been using it on tanky bruisers that can use AP, mainly Udyr, could also work on Warwick, Shyvana, Volibear, Sion, maybe even Trundle and Morde: Unending Despair, Liandry's, Sundered Sky core. Probably add Frozen Heart to this as it puts you in champion combat (starting Despair's cooldown) as soon as an enemy is in the radius. Into situational: Abyssal (MR shred increases damage and Despair's heal)/Sunfire/Riftmaker/Spirit Visage/Jak'Sho Ingenious Hunter obviously a must.

The build looks good, I just think it would look a lot better on a champ that has better basedmg and perhaps some burn for the liandries and staying in combat. Someone like Brand for example.

1:20 id imagine it works similarly if not better considering Hwei's utility and marginally stronger shields? arguably better or worse depending on the situation

Tank hybrid katarina is op too with terminus and titanic riftmaker core

I think if the game goes long that Lux gets more oppressive. Was a big draft gap so was never going deep into Unending

How about Viktor with this build? He's pretty annoying after his Q has been upgraded, granting him move speed plus it gives a slow. It looks annoying if you don't have a hard engage but idk =S

my thought is brand, but the low haste might be a problem. Tankier brand builds feel nice because his q cooldown gets very low

@@biggiecheese2004 not trollling but I build tank items on ADC on 4th 5 th item everygame , and 3rd item is always defensive ADC items like shieldbow , GA or bloodthirster . first 2 crit items are fine but after 3rd , if anyone build FULL DAMAGE then that dude is trolling

Why would you go eyeball with ingenious instead of poro. Nevermind the ingenious just for 4th item

the entire idea of the build is the tank item, which is built third, meaning like it'll not even be useful until mid or even lategame. ROA Liandries is pretty standard, not too crazy, just farming to lategame sounds reasonable with lux' crazy shields and pick potential with q

If Lux can build AP bruiser that means actual AP bruisers are giga busted

i went off-tank draven with 3.5k hp and 400ad and it just felt so much better cause my positioning was allowed to be sloppy

yup i think the meta will slowly shy away from the oneshots cuz even if you get fed you still can get oneshot yourself unless you build tanky and you arent losing that much damage going tank, fking terminus, titanic, on kat is absurd damage but shes unkillable too lmfao

Presumably you have your spells on quickcast, there is a setting called quickcast with indicator that shows the range. And you can hold a button to turn on the indicators.

Vel'Koz from Azzapp Lux from Yozu, Rookern Galio, ADCs going Terminus Jak'Sho, Veigar always being able to slot in 2+ tank items into his build. "This isn't tank meta guys, nerf ap items instead" (Stormsurge was op but the last nerfs are excessive lol)
