@@SenseiSeth I don't know if you have accepted Jesus into your heart and life, but this is something you need to think about if you have. First, get you a King James Bible, the others are satanic. Second, do not partake in rituals of another god/religion. God has killed many of people over that. You are transgressing (sinning) against God when you do. Exodus 23:33- They shall not dwell in thy land, lest they make thee sin against me: for if thou serve their gods, it will surely be a snare unto thee (meaning, going to Hell). 1 Corinthians 8:10-12- For if any man see thee which hast knowledge sit at meat in the idol's temple, shall not the conscience of him which is weak be emboldened to eat those things which are offered to idols; 11 And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died? 12 But when ye sin so against the brethren, and wound their weak conscience, ye sin against Christ. Exodus 32:33- And the Lord said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book (Book of Life). I am writing this to you because I care about your soul. If I did not care then I would not warn you of the danger of performing the rituals of other religions. The church will not teach you this. If you have any questions or really need a break down of what is being said in these scriptures, hit me up.

@@trump45and2zig-zags word. I mean, you guys aren't hard to find. Preaching to nonbelievers doesn't work. And the other Bibles are Satanic? That's just silly. King James commissioned the new translation (which is filled with errors, though beautiful ones) to solidify his power. It didn't work, because his proofreading wasn't very thorough, and the English Civil War soon followed, which resulted in the capture and execution of his son and successor, Charles I. The BIG thing the KJV did, especially in the colonies (like the US), was put the Bible into the hands of parishioners. But I digress. Pushing your religion is the greatest way to push people away from it, especially if you also start claiming something is Satanic. That just... eyeroll, man. You want to draw people in? Be a shining beacon of love and hope, like Seth already is. ;) live your life as an example. Don't sermonize. Be the sermon. Wear the joy on your sleeve, not a cross. I know Christians like this and am proud to call them my friends, because they are living examples of Jesus' teaching. Being preachy is just annoying. Just a friendly tip. And a plea, I suppose. Reading things like that is just painful. You're clearly sincere. And that's admirable, but Matthew 6 is there for a reason, and overtly preachy people are yhe ones he says to watch out for.
I don't think anyone would mind if you did more sumo videos, if you enjoyed doing this. Also, that shirt is super sick.

It's amazing to see how wholesome Sumo fighters are; they always look so happy to teach beginners their art. It's amazing to see people that want to share what they love without showing off. And, of course, Seth is the perfect example of a great martial artist: always happy to learn new martial arts and always respectful towards the martial artists.

Its fascinating too because sumo is rife with cheating. Hear me out. In Japan they have three bouts. It is a sort of round robin format. If a wrestler wins a match he gets more money. So when a wrestler has won two matches and he is facing off against a wrestler who has won zero matches, he will throw the match so the wrestler with zero wins will make more money. Talk about a community.

Seth, this is absolutely amazing. The attributes I notice about Sumo Wrestling is that it needs strength, precision, leverage, finding the centre, balance, endurance, and stamina to ensure a fair victory and an even fairer competition. Therefore, Sumo Wrestling is something to never be underestimated, for it requires strength in body, in mind, and in spirit. Awesome as always, Seth.

It's actually not about endurance or stamina as it's extremely explosive and often finished in a few seconds. This also means that they generally don't bother breathing during a boot and just uses the oxygen they have stored. This caused issues when one guy went from sumo to mma as he had to both train cardio a lot, learn not to hold his breath during matches and he still had problems with it during matches.

Sumo started over 1000 years ago, became a legitimate sport with standardized rules in 1605 and became basically the first professional sport over 300 years ago. There have been less than 80 men to make the Penultimate rank of Yokozuna in those 300-400+ years. Heck, there have been less than 300 men make the second highest rank of Ozeki, as the rank of Yokozuna was once an honorific title and not an actual rank within the sport.its so much more than most ppl think and it's got such a beautiful history. Thankyou for doing a video on it!

Nice to see you try sumo Seth! You did really well for an absolute sumo newb. Given your other martial arts training though its not that much of a shock. I got hooked Japanese sumo about 3 years ago from Jason's sumo channel and then started watching Natto's channel as well. Incredible stuff, I watch every tournament now. I have so much respect for the effort and time it takes to become a sumo wrestler. It has crossed my mind to attempt to find a sumo club here in NorCal... but I'm older than dirt so I'm not sure my body would appreciate it as much as my mind thinks it would. Fun video!
