It came out lovely! You get all the slack because when you said 7hrs I was absolutely done, and when 12hrs came out of your mouth I almost passed out.🤣 I can barely handle putting 8 - 10 twists in my hair with no added hair and that can take an hour. I'm left-handed also and it absolutely has something to do with things. LoL

I’m banking on the left handed struggle 😂 I can’t braid that well so I’ll always blame it on that LOL
When you said that it took you 12 hours to install those beautiful braids I had to like and comment cuz god bless you I don’t have that type of patience or skill to do that. I just shaved off all my hair. It’s liberating!
Great tutorial for a beginner like myself. They look great on you!

Thank you! I tried my best 😅
I appreciate your time and patience in installing those braids. I don't have time or patience to do this style for myself. Thank you for sharing. ❤

You are so welcome
Latoya!!!! You did such an amazing job on this!!!! I’m telling you, I’ve only ever done knotless braids once on my hair because it takes so long to do since you have to constantly feed hair in. I’m such a beginner with braids so I’m not so sure if I’ll do it again. I prefer doing the rubber band method, if/when I choose to have fake hair box braids.

Same here. I can’t do hair feed ins either so I use rubber bands and that works for me.
The hair hero I needed right now.

Ditto. Since doing these I only wear hats or put it up in a ponytail.

That might actually be a great option! I tried to make swig once and gave up lol
Heyy 🙂
You look good! The hat works. I noticed you had a different Head and Shoulders, did they stop making Royal Oils?
This is an excellent tutorials and it’s okay to have imperfections; and I love your honesty. I’m new at braiding my hair too so your tips can help me. One question: does the hair in the package already washed, or do I need to wash it; some hair irritates my scalp. Thanks and blessings to you! 🙋🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️😃

I did not wash my hair, but if washing typically helps you, do it! I’ve never washed braiding hair, but it might be a habit I should pick up. FYI I didn’t experience any itching, but I’m typically not sensitive to hair in that way.

@@LaToyaEbonyHair Thanks! I reason why I was asking because there’s certain types of hair that itches my scalp. I’m might try the human hair and see if that works better for me.
Question: how do you wash the braids without causing alot of frizzy to the roots?

Eventually your roots will get frizzy, but diluting your shampoo and conditioner with water reduces the amount of “force” you have to use to get the product dispersed and clean. This reduces the amount of frizz per wash for me.
Since the hair is pre-stretched, does that mean you don't have to wash the hair?

I don’t really know. Tbh I don’t wear a lot of weaves and extensions so I’m not that deep into that world.
I think even the shop still does boil water and then dip. I love that brand of hair but hell no to me attempting.. I already been struggling washing my hair once a week right now soo not even going to attempt this.

When dipping the braids is it advisable to avoid dipping the part of the braid that has natural hair in the hot water?
