Rules of gymnastic : everything must be absolutly perfect, we will deduce points for the slightest little thing, every steps will be counted, your timing has to be perfect, your landing has to be perfect, every move, even your hair must stay in place...and of course, you must smile all the time. Rules of parkour : meh, if you can go from point A to point B without breaking your neck, you're fine.
