Many fitness applications are available on your application store for you to get your cycling or fitness fix on. One of the most recent to hit our shelves is the Apple Fitness+. We heard some pretty solid reviews about it and decided that it was time to try it.

    I really enjoyed your video, thank you! I have a Wattbike and I have a 3 month free subscription to Apple fitness + so I’m planning to set that up and give this a whirl. I have been an outside cyclist for years but have developed atrial fibrillation so I’m having to reign in my endurance training, but need to try and keep the middle age weight down! 😅
