Hey you can use it both times a day and yes you can use it with vit c serum and at night can be applied as the protective barrier to a retinol application. They can be layered or blended together. Hey toner is important other wise this will not get absorbed into skin properly, you can even use just rose water thats what i did

You can use hylaronic serum both at night and day. What ever you apply please make sure to apply sunscreen. Sunscreen is compulsory

Use it after toner and serum but make sure your skin is still damp it should not be dry. If your using niacinamide as serum then it is going to work like magic with this mucin
