I Tried becoming 'that' girl for the day and this vlog is the result so I hope this helps you out. That being said the idea of an 'ultimate glow up' is never something that a guide can give you. Everyone's idea of being 'that' girl and getting your life together looks different. Theres no one "guide to become that girl" that can work for everyone. No matter how many green smoothie recipes and lifestyle tips you read, it won't make you happy if it's not what YOU want. Sorry if that didn't make sense but hopefully it did haha!

Hell yeah! Loved the bit at the end about living by your own values. The "that girl" trend - like most trends - does seem to place an emphasis on aesthetics and perception over anything else. Authenticity whomst??? The only "That Girl" I need in my life is Jess from New Girl. (Your music selection is really additive to your videos btw. Doesn't sound like background noise to fill the void - it adds E M P H A S I S)
