For the helicopter fight, I'm pretty sure you can throw magazines and food items to damage it. It is technically using a weapon, but I guess it's better than using actual weapons

"The amount of damage I was doing to him was next to nothing" In my experience that was true with any of the bosses regardless if you're using weapons or not. For whatever reason they make the Psychopaths in Deadrising games tankier than taking on El Thiccboi knife only in RE4

They have damage and invincibility periods during their fights. Else we'd just stun lock them with the wacky weapons.

I'm a bit late on this, but in original resident evil 4, you can technically upgrade the knife if you buy the handgun exclusive upgrade, since the critical chance increase applies to the knife AND kicks aswell, with the knife being at 40%, you could probably redo the run with this, since technically, you're using the knife, the gun is just there, not sure if this works with other exclusive upgrades aswell, but this is what I found

I like how the canon ending to this game is the one where you let TK turn into a zombie and refuse to give him zombrex. I wonder why they didn't re-release Case Zero or Case West.

The survivors in this game are apparently the easiest between the first game and off the record, they are a nightmare in the first game in every way, off the record they can take continuous damage during grabs, where in base game DR2 they take one hit and nothing else, even if grabbed I think.

At least it is possible to dropkick Leon. It have to depend on the timing. Most of the time, Leon's chainsaw will hit you before you have a chance to drop kick. If you are lucky, you can dropkick Leon before his chainsaw hits you since it is based on luck but he has to be down to his last life points in exchange.

in my opinion, its not really losing the "Challenge" to a specific part. It's how far you can really get WITHOUT using weapons. So this is still a 80% done the challenge to me.

I have a very important question to ask, can you beat Dead Island Riptide with just 1 nail from the nail gun? After you fire a nail you can go and retrieve it and load it back into your nail gun. So that begs the question. Can you beat Dead Island Riptide with 1 Nail?
