It wouldn't be the same. These particular people are what makes the food the way it is. It's not like McDonald's where you can put anybody in front of a fryer and dunk frozen fries and a timer tells you when they're done. These people are tasting everything and making micro adjustments each and every time. Their pallets tell them what to do.

The chef has a natural charismatic and flirtatious aura, idk how to explain it lol

The attention to detail is insane. You can definitely feel the passion when they talk

The chef has such a lovely voice. He was also very attractive.

Bottle drinks are 1.5X the amount. So each will be around $18 Also the service charge for the sandwiches (just like most restaurants)

omg they are so intentional and thoughtful about everything they do at the restaurant/bar - the entire process is so meticulous and really interesting to learn about! also I'm loving the Taiwanese flavors they're bringing to the prototypical American fried chicken sando! (salted egg yolk mayo?!) really wanna try this once the pandemic's over and I can visit NY again :') esp the chicken liver mousse which is liken to the baguette and pate I'd always eat growing up in my Viet household!

I think so far this is my favorite restaurant. Due to how much thought they put into it. From the packaging, the drinks, and the food. Also the three of them seem to work with each other very well.

Loved the music...So glad Alvin got his taste...The entirely of the experience seems spot on. I am happy to live vicariously through you.🙏

That's $30 for us Canadians. Honestly, that price is hard to swallow. We have a few shops here in Vancouver (constantly roasted as one of the most expensive cities in the world in which to live) that do chicken sandwiches that require the same amount of work and they're maybe CAD$15-$18.

It's great to expose this to a wider audience - the food and drinks look great, and I wish I could try them myself! I could really tell that you know what you are doing and what you are saying. If you have a script then bravo! It didn't feel you memorized it at all. Unlike other food reviews, oh dear! I could really tell that they don't know what they are saying or should I say "repetitive" they just keep on saying like "juicy, luxurious, spicy" is that it?. Continue your channel. I'm just hoping that you will feature NEW BUSINESSES because we all know that they really are fighting hard in this pandemic, featuring them will really help their business especially if they have a food they made from their heart. @@HiddenAgendas Nah. I'm Taiwanese, and I can tell you we definitely do not all look like Pacific Islanders. If anything, a lot of us have a more Chinese look. Most of our ancestry is Chinese afterall.
