    great video! dude we gotta discus some ideas sometime. I'm enfp and the entire time i was reading birth of tragedy I kept thinking of apollo and dionysus as j and p. I also think of apollo and dionysus as identifying with thought vs not identifying with thoughts and from that sort of meditation perspective. I don't really plan, this was a very helpful video as I also have a spare old ipad laying around I am going to use. Something that has helped me immensely has been knowing when I do my best work (the mornings), and after I clean my room, cold shower, and meditate, my head is so clear, and I'm getting dopamine from my work instead of distractions. Sorry for the ramble, thank you for the reminder to start planning.

    I totally feel ya! The mind is still clear in the morning. I'm currently testing a hypothesis I have; I'm reading the book called hyperfocus. The author talks about attentional residue, which is when a task is still hanging in the back of your mind after you switch to a new task. I'm thinking there's also a thing as emotional residue (probably there's already research on this, trauma in the body and such). I had this problem where I couldn't figure out why some days I wake up with a clear mind, ready for the day, and other days I wake up and I'm not in the most optimal state. But what my hypothesis is now that this depends on your dreams, whether you remember them or not. So what I'm testing now is if I can check in with how I'm feeling in the morning, and depending on that I do a meditation to clear the attentional and emotional residue OR I just go straight to work if I'm already in a good state.
