Not all fresh coconut water will taste the same, because it depends on the type of coconut and the type of soil the coconut plant is grown in. I have tasted fresh coconut water that was hash, as we use to call it in my Country.

If it is not pasteurized, then how are you going to bring it across the oceans without it spoiling. Freezing might be just as bad. you can freeze concentrate it.
