Workout routine
RUN
2 mile warm up (3.2) (5 min per k)
8 mile tempo run (12.8) (6:20 min mile pace) (3:57km pace)
800m jog recovery
4 x 800m repeated (below 6 mi per mile pace) (3:42k)
1 min 30 second ret between
GYM - Back focused training
1. Pull ups - 4 sets as many as possible
2. Deadlifts - Strength to 5 reps
3. Lat pull down - 4x12 reps
4. Straight arm pull down - 4x12 reps
5. Ring pull ups - 4 sets as many as possible

Love your videos. Idea for a train like a …video is a shift worker who trains. How you would fit in your running, lifting and eating working 12 hour shifts, days or nights. This would so relatable to many.

I watched his series and was inspired! I’m nowhere close to that speed, but I sort of translated what he did into my own 16 week plan targeting and sub-4 hour marathon. Just finished week 11. Some of the workouts were insane and at the start I never thought I could do them, but I’ve nailed almost every run. Really excited for the race in a few weeks.

Honestly, just started my running journey this year and our goals ojur exactly the same and I totally get what you were saying about the muscle mass thing! I don't know how you did this my pace if no where near what you can do! Your 100K Ultra video is such an insporation and you are amazing ❤❤💪🏻

had to sub love the dedication the self discipline I am now also beginning my hybrid journey for a half marathon PB also including my weighted vest to my runs a little bit of rucking maybe you'll be down to try it as well.

Agree with a lot except at 3:07 to be above average runner you're correct you don't have to be the ideal Kenyan, slender and lean (don't know where you got tall from most elites are 5'7 and below, Kipchoge is 5'5). However, to be very competitive runner you do need to be very very lean to be more efficient at running over longer distances.

I have 3 businesses, this is part of one of my businesses, being a content creator ie filming and editing the KZread. I choose to spend my money on things to enhance my life, such as running shoes, rather than for example, spending £200 on alcohol on a night out 😁
He’s done amazing things.. respectfully he doesn’t even make the top 25 in age group when he does an event! He’s just got very very good marketing. For instance his Ironman he didn’t even come in the top 30%! His marathon time didn’t even get him in top 500. If you want to be inspired by runners check out top age groupers then follow their journey. What Nick does is pretty basic in terms of times
