I did it for 8years for tkd and my grading day I trained every day for a year intense and it suck but it does make ur body more leaner and cleaner for our grading was 4 hours and half with no break and sparring olympic type tkd for 2 half hours worth of 22 rounds of 2 min and karate type sparring of 18 rounds of 2 min and half plus all our basics and so on

Respect to Brandon for inspiring and entertaining us
Doing this routine daily as a heavyweight is insane! Normally extreme explosive and powerfull guys like Mike lack stamina. With this workout he was able to throw deadly powerpunches for 12 rounds.

He should build up more muscle endurance for doing it every single day, or he is gonna overtrain his body and get fucked up.
Inspiring video, boxers are some of the most well built guys on the planet. Would love to see the transformation with a 30 day challenge. You make me push harder and want to put in the work, just starting out on my own journey and this is the inspiration I need. Thanks man.

This is a great representation of how Brandon is by no means a "weak" person, he's quite strong. However, its a different type of work, which works different muscles and you aren't quite as tolerant of the work. I'm a powerlifter, and would never by any means be able to do something like crossfit or calisthenics because im not used to the work

If you box, change within you will be insane. You will feel more powerful, lighter, faster, and even fitter. PS: It does take time, but a 30 Day Challenge of intense boxing will change you. Btw you can add muscle if you follow a good program (like Mike’s) (Edit) Yes Brandon I Think you should box for 30 days.

if you are gonna do 30 day that would be so cool , i love boxing ... some tips would be to watch a video of the basic punches and replicate them in slow motion in the mirror with the starting from your feet to all the way to tour head , its a great way to practice form and get your muscles used to new movements ... love the video
