I started my 84-year-old very frail mother on NMN in November. At that time she was using a cane to walk and was holding onto furniture while walking around the house. Her weight had gone down to 85 pounds and all of her test results were normal with the exception of a slightly low ferritin level. I started her on 300 mg twice daily taken sublingually. She’s very small so that total 600 mg daily dose was what I was comfortable with. She started feeling better in January and by February. She wasn’t using a cane or holding on the furniture. Flash forward to this Easter when I visited, she says she feels better than she has in decades, her hearing has gotten better, she can taste her food again, she has an appetite, and she’s gained 7 pounds. She hasn’t been able to gain anything in years. I hope this testimony finds somebody who can improve their life in a similar way, my mother did.

Thank you for reporting on your mother's atrial with NMN. It sounds promising. Toward the end of my father's life, he was walking with a cane and holding on to furniture; that your mother improved from that stage is remarkable. Try some of the other longevity supplements along with NMN, such as : TMG, alpha keto glutarate, resveritrol (evevery second day, with fat). It may be even more remarkable.

@@scottpreston5074 I’ve tried several different supplements, including the mayo clinic protocol that includes fisetin, a senolytic. They upset her stomach and she refuses to take them. As an update to current day, she is walking around the bay without a cane like she did 20 years ago. When I talk to her on the phone, she can actually hear me. Her phone calls used to be very frustrating.

Thanks for the information! I plan to include BP in the data I collect before I start on NMN, because I will be following such changes. I would like to know whether the physiological changes are semi-permanent or do they only last while you take NMN. If NMN is reversing aging (let's say, for example, by restoring the elasticity of ones arteries to a youthful level, which would account for the reduction in BP) then it should persist after you stop taking NMN.

NMN, regardless of the brand, must be kept under refrigeration. If it doesn't need to be refrigerated, then it isn't "true" nmn, it's a form that has already been degraded by heat, and therefor doesn't require refrigeration anymore. It's still technically NMN, but you'll need to increase the dosage by about 30% if you want to absorb the same amount into your bloodstream as you would get from properly stored "true" NMN

I'll add that after using WHOOP to measure my recovery for 2 years, after using 1g of NMN daily in the morning, I've noticed the absence of late night tiredness while I'm at work bartending. Usually on "red days" where my recovery is low (low HRV, high RHR) I lose stmaina late into my shift. Since using NMN I've rarely had tiredness and have the stamina of a person 20 years younger (I'm 44). So, pretty cool!! But, the last two weeks I've had two day where I was so tired and NMN didn't help. One was after a massive 12 hour day filled with stress.. the other was an early mornign wake up to see off my partner to the airport. So NMN didn't make me immune to poor/low/broken sleep and big strain. Still, I'll take the extra energy/stamina all day long. Getting mine from Renue/Alive by Science. SL powder (mixed in water) and now the plain podwer (mixed in water). Only 2 months in and that's about all I can report. And I'll tell you, having more stamina on red or oange days is a BIG thing... but, perhaps I'm working harder and longer and I gotta be careful as then I get those big tired and exhausted days... a note: my diet has been off the past few months. Great stuff my man!! Glad the BP seems to be turning a corner... I too have slightly elevated and used to get it monitored while I gave blood.. haven't given for 12 months unfortunately. Might be a reason to get back in there to get the BP remeasured.

This video doesn't provide enough data needed. It is more complicated than just taking nmn, there are facets here to consider or you miss your target if not in the short run then in the long run. If you take nmn and especially 1g a day then you should take TMG everyday as well. If you take high nmn levels it is also important you take quercetin later that day which will ensure cd38 is kept pretty low. Every few months you should stop taking it and switch to senolytics- example: high dosage quercetin with fisetin for several days. Then switch back. It is recommended you take D3 at high level every day too such as 7000iu. And alternate on taking pqq to maximize mitochondria biogensis which should help you feel more energetic

Im curious, If others who take NMN- experience what I did: Im 71, went for cataract surgery after one Dr nearly did them 7 yrs ago- till I chickened out- Since then 4 optomitriests told me best not to wait too long and I distinctly remember one saying she could really see it. Floaters were also an issue. So in I go to bite the bullet and the surgeon said to me after much testing- You're fine- You dont even have cataract. I can see the whole chart now and my eyes are more focused and dont really need glasses- except for small print on labels. I checked to see if NMN- has an effect on catarast- and yes, apparently it does!- It saved me 4000 in surgery. I also added Taurine for eye issues - just lately tho. Other differences- seem to be I walk better.

The KZread video "I Took NMN for 100 Days and This Happened" is by Jesse, a human health and performance specialist. The video is about his experience of taking NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) for 100 days. Here is a detailed summary: ### Background: - Jesse started taking NMN 100 days ago. - He began with a dosage of 500 milligrams per day and later increased it to 1,000 milligrams. - He takes NMN every morning on an empty stomach before breakfast. - He also takes other supplements but NMN is the only new addition to his regimen. ### Initial Experience: - Soon after starting NMN, Jesse felt a noticeable boost in energy. - However, this initial burst of energy normalized after a dozen days. ### Second Wave of Energy: - Between day 50 and day 70, he experienced a "second wave" of energy. - This was especially noticeable later in the day, and he felt less exhausted by the evening. ### Blood Pressure Changes: - On day 70, Jesse observed a reduction in his blood pressure by about 10 points for both systolic and diastolic measurements. - He regularly monitors his blood pressure and keeps a journal. - This reduction has been consistent for 30 days since he first noticed it. ### Other Observations: - Jesse has not made any significant changes to his diet or exercise routine. - He feels better overall, with more energy throughout the day that does not interfere with his sleep. ### Conclusion: - Jesse is not claiming that NMN will produce the same results for everyone. - He continues to take NMN for its potential long-term health benefits, as supported by scientific research. - He recommends InBio as a reliable vendor for purchasing NMN and offers a coupon code for a discount. Jesse's video serves as a personal account of his experience with NMN and is not meant to be medical advice. He also mentions that he has collaborated with Dr. Elena Serenova on a longevity course, which covers various aspects of longevity including supplementation, skincare, heat and cold therapy, breath work, and exercises.
