    What I like about the ending is that when the father congratulated his son on his business venture, it was done genuinely and without strings attached (such as asking for money) like in many of these stories.

    It is incredibly selfish to think that your children are nothing but minions to follow your orders. That is not how a parent should act.

    What the father said at his retirement party was like stabbing his son very slowly with a dull knife in the belly and then turning the knife slowly a few times to increase to pain 😳 But at least the father realized after a while that he made a huge mistake and apologized sincerely 😊

    An apology doesn't make up for vicious attacks. If he hadn't done so well at first, would that old man come back to apologize, or would he have fed his own vindication? The son character shouldn't have been written as being desperate to reconcile with his old man. That should have come on HIS own time.
