There's so many cleaning videos that promote extreme cleaning or all day cleaning motivation. Sometimes those types of clean with me videos can be unrealistic especially when you have an extremely messy home, or when you can't find the motivation to clean when depressed or anxious. In this video I'm just doing what I can within an hour. Timed cleaning is helping me to get my home slowly more clean and organized. It is also helping me to declutter my home and practice minimalism. It doesn't have to all be done in one day.
