Mew was a little unfair to not get. Many media including some official sources will say that mythical pokemon are also legendary, just not all legendaries are mythical. Mythical pokemon are only referred to as such because they were event based pokemon. Which is not a very good definition since thats not a lore definition. How can you have duos of pokemon like Darkrai and Creselia (spellcheck) where one is Mythical and the other is Legendary? Also how can you continue to call Deoxys a Mythical when it's no longer exclusive to events? Just doesnt add up bro.

I thought we were gonna witness the return of Tradle and got so pegged but then he just gave us some ancient wisdom :(

It was machine training that was only supposed to take 2 years but still wasn't sufficient after much longer so they decided to shift to a smaller training data set by locking it to one region for the foreseeable future. Makes sense as you'll probably need entirely different algorithms for different regions. Trying to train them all at once across multiple regions was probably generating conflicting data.

Mythical vs legendary is the most cooked pokemon disambiguation. Who the fuck cares if they are event only, mythical pokemons are legendary. And by that broad definition of mythical, Surfing Pikachu is mythical.
