I have a video idea for you which is kinda the reverse of surviving 100 days. You're an axolotl, which is nicknamed the immortal monster. You have to die and gain new mutations from how you died. You are trying to unlock the ultimate death which is unlocked by doing the death related quests and upgrades. You must unlock and do the ultimate death before day 100 and the hunters are trying to keep you alive as their weapons heal instead of kill
