    I respect this mama and understand where she is coming from,but the belief that abuse is only physical is so misleading. This is what women suffering emotional abuse are always told. “Kama hakupigi shida iko wapi?” As a therapist,I really hoped she will be more informed about abuse

    I always wake up at 4to pack food for my husband then go back to sleep...wake up then run to work. Told my friend she was like why? Is he a kid🙄🙄 I kept off her and I have never shared what I do at home with anyone else.

    My dear, cases are different and people also. The strength is different in everyone. The things she went through and she's still there can break another woman and give them mental illness.     Awesome interview.... it's good to note that we should do our best in marriage but have limits. Some men/women are taken care of and done for the best by their spouses but they still end up hurting them. Have your limits and know when to leave.

    Is she a Kikuyu woman..When I visited Kenya,I discovered,most of the Kikuyu people are extremely spiritual people with a deep understanding of biblical scriptures.

    That happened to my mum my aunt from my father's side calling mum a witch because she stood for my dad during harsh period.The community was looking against us nobody wanted to be with us even at school, it was a dark time everytime we were crying but God made a way and now I always say Amen and glory to Jesus christ who gave us love and opportunity.
