Jake's storyline is heavily based off of Don Mancini as he was a very artistic kid growing up and was also bullied for being gay. Lexi's sister Caroline is heavily implied to be on the autistic spectrum which i would know as i have Aspherger's and therefore also on that spectrum. The actor who played Lexi's dad also played the creepy doctor that had his head smashed in by ChuckNica in Cult Of Chucky. By this point, Don Mancini loves bringing back actors from previous installments to play different characters

The housekeeper didn't put the knives in the dishwasher like that, Chucky did. Before she opens the dishwasher, you see her open a drawer and look confused cause all of the knives are gone.

The series VERY much so loves to recast certain people. For example, Devon Sawa plays both Lucas and Logan here, and goes on to play two other characters in season 2 and season 3. Lexy’s dad is the Doctor from Cult of Chucky and also plays another character in season 3, and Lara Jean Chorostecki plays different characters in season 2 and season 3. It’s very fun to see actors play a variety of characters in this franchise.

This show has me on Chucky's side, he took out the pops and I was like good shit lol

I thought Charles was going to protect his mom too, at the end i was just like 🤡. I had too much trust in this kid. I knew Jake wouldn't become a killer because of the trailers, but i really wanted him to. I just feel like it would have been iconic.

Dude the way things were building up I was betting 60 to 40 chance young Charles kills his mom. He killed Tiff’s so I believe he was cold hearted enough to kill his own mom. Boy I was still shocked that happed 😂

The actors are actually around the same ages as their characters. And they are in 8th grade now in high school yet.

Fun fact: the Uber drive in the second episode is Don Mancini!

The first season is actually pretty damn good I was so surprised how much I liked it. Jake as the protagonist was great I was so invested in his story and how chucky was beginning to turn him into a killer. I remember how much I wanted Lexi to fuckin die in ep 2 for dressing up like his dead father getting electrocuted and same for junior he got on my nerves 💀. The two faced burned chucky was such a great design. Ep 2 is my favorite episode of the whole season. The chucky doll looks great too. You are the only person I’ve seen who actually liked Lexi off the bat everyone especially Zzzavid and Nicksaysboo hated her waiting for her death.

I love watching your videos. I also love that you react to both Disney and horror movies, as those are two of my favorite types of movies, musicals and horror. Though I haven’t watched the Chucky series yet, I’ve seen the original, and the remake of Child’s Play. However, Chucky is not really my favorite doll. My favorite horror movie doll is the most recent one, the robot M3GAN. I won’t spoil anything, but if you’ve seen the trailers, she does a viral dance, which I think you’d really love. You should definitely react to M3GAN. It was my favorite horror movie of last year and it was literally my entire 2023 obsession. After I saw the trailer, I got so excited about seeing the movie. I absolutely loved it, and I hope you do too. It’s not the scariest horror movie, but it is both scary and really fun.

Haha nice reaction😅. Chuckys backstory is pretty interesting fans were all wrong with his background what it would be haha you'll see. I would say his backgeound with his first kill was closer to Michael than Jason and Freddy. Remember Michael Myers killed his sister at 6, Chucky at 7 lol. Fun series. Don Mancini also recently announced he's doing another chucky movie he's working on the script, ideas etc 😂

The 1st season was amazing and the best one!

Personally, I was not really a huge fan of the first 3 original child's play movies, I couldn't take him seriously. Especially the ending of the first one. I did love Bride of Chucky, moments from seed of Chucky, curse of Chucky and cult of Chucky. I really love this series. And personally when it comes to the Chucky movies that have the words child's playing the title. I did enjoy the remake from 2019 mainly because of Mark Hamill.

Im honestly shocked they killed a middle school kid on this show lol. I honestly dont think they've ever killed a kid in any of the Chucky movies. Well maybe the niece from Curse but that was off screen and by a random person.
