Hey man, great question. Not a ton of overhead actually. Of course we have taxes, I use my home office, so just internet and phone bill like $200. Then we have website & marketing ( that number varies ) then we have QuickBooks for $60 per month, along with home base which is our time tracking/clock in app that costs $24 per month. Then we have supplies which varies also about $200 - $500 depending on how much cleaning you’re doing. And last but not least, we have general liability insurance. You’ll need a $1M policy. You can find these for $50 to $150 per month depending on state. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching!

@@CleanWithDarian Thank you so much. I am up in Canada, so a few things are different. Ill dm you my business plan this week, I could use another set of eyes on it. I have been in the high end restaurant industry for 22 years, going to concertrate on high end corporate run enterprises. Did the math, I am good for a year with expenses, personal expenses and 4 employees. I think I am on to something.

Mr. Jarrett not sure how I came across your channel a few weeks ago (well I am sure it is God) but you are really inspiring. My husband is an engineer who works for a company out of Jacksonville and I want them to hire your company for there business. Also have a friend that works for a medical clinic that is looking for a good cleaning service - I am going to tell them about you. The medical clinic is in Jacksonville and Ocala Fl. Only the Ocala clinic is looking for a new service - not sure if you would travel that far. Anyway should they contact you via your coaching and consulting email? Not sure if any of this will work out but I feel we need to try to help small businesses in this country and it is easy to see what a strong work ethic you have. Hey man, thanks a lot for watching and commenting! We love it here and don’t ever see ourselves leaving for a while (if ever) we really love South Jacksonville. I’d say, take a trip out here and explore the areas that peak your interest. That’s what we did. We have city life, beaches, St. Augustine down the road. We just got back from Disney yesterday (2 hour drive) plus there’s a thriving NFL team and so much potential for growth here. Which is coming. And as far as the cleaning business, it’s ABUNDANT! We’re doing well here and have been blessed for sure. Come check this place out! Thanks again!
