TOTALLY POSSIBLE! Niching down like that makes you stand out... and those med offices will love that that's your specialty. :-)
Its between quickbooks or project to payment I'm still undecided 🤷♂️

I use both... to me they do different things. :-) But do your research! :-)
I need information on picking my name, when i google them theu all seem to be taken even my name lol so how do i chose a name and can i use a name thats taken but not licensed, like if its just a Facebook name and not a llc ? I hope that makes sense

So start with the legal aspect... find a business name that's available in your state (or province, etc) first. Then you can always find a variant of that name for your social media, etc. So example: The Professional Cleaner ... but if @TheProfessionalCleaner wasn't available on IG or KZread then I would pick a variation like @ProCleaner or @ProCleanerBethanyJean... etc. The biggest factor is finding a name that isn't taken from a legal perspective. 👍
It's not clear on your website, does your course teach the way you clean? Or only how to run the business?

Network, network, network. Paid Ads are like adding fuel to a fire, but you need to start the fire first. So if those ads aren't bringing in income, then I would stop them immediately. And get in front of people. Lots of people. Introduce yourself. Sell yourself. Be a problem solver. Thats all business is. You got this! But stop the ad spend if the ROI isn't there!
