    Yeah it's amazing how he's able to meet practically every one of his interviewees at their own level. Matching energy and vibes and all that. Years ago, there was this female coworker who was a good friend of mine, whose mother needed a medicine to stay alive. At some point she was not working for the company but we still were friends. At some point she had no job and she was running out of money, and she was horribly stressed about her mom's medicine and someone told her about the industry, and she asked me to be doing these things with her because she knew I was clean. I did not feel it was the right thing. So I took money from my savings to pay for her mom's medicine, so she never needed to do anything and of course, we did nothing together, ever. The good thing is she never was on tape and neither I was. Her mom stood alive for a few more years and then passed away. Now she does not need to do anything like that. In human terms this was the best use of money I have ever had for my savings. Now I know I saved her from the shame she would have experienced for being in the industry due to a desperate situation.. Now she has a normal life. After telling this story to someone, KZread recommended me this video. I finally realize what se could have experienced if I had not helped her mom.

    I had a friend who made films. She did say, you’ll agree to do a certain kind of scene and the payment, but you’ll show up on the day of filming and they’ll have more guys than you agreed, or they’ll insist on acts you don’t want to do. If you try to refuse, they say they can have another girl there in an instant. She said, sometimes her rent would be due or her car needed repairs, so she’d agree. Unfortunately, that seems to be the norm for actresses in the industry.

    Hey man.. it's tough out there for sure, but she chose that as her way of making money. I know I don't know the whole story as to WHY that was her choice of income, but assuming she had other job options, how much can she REALLY complain? I ask that more specifically about the "acts" because while she is your friend, I'm sure you can agree all dignity is thrown out the window as soon as you start selling your body. But the whole "more dudes than agreed upon" thing, yeah I get why that'd irk her, but then again, don't do jobs that put you in that situation. But again again, I don't know the full story, so maybe she didn't have many choices.

  • @xxzavier42

    @xxzavier42

    17 күн бұрын

    @@NaterSquibYour standards for dignity aren’t the same as everyone else’s. Believing that someone is no longer worthy of basic respect because of their personal choices is strange especially when they aren’t directly harming anyone. Also almost every job comes with situations where people are forced to do more than they’re comfortable with. The persons friend shouldn’t have gone through that and unfortunately it isn’t exclusive to this industry, people are constantly taken advantage of at their jobs no matter the field.

    When she talked about getting into the industry because of the validation that gave her, as a very insecure person, I kinda froze. It's scary how much I can relate to that. It's scary how many times my mind has travelled that path. It's kind of a wake-up call, in a way. That I have to stop getting my self worth from men's opinions of me and my body. That I have to start finding it inside, in some way. I don't know how, but I think I needed to be reminded that it's not healthy, and I don't want to end up doing things I don't really want to do just to fill the void. I really felt super emotional when she said that. I suffered really bad acne and didn’t have the curves girls had. So when as I got older I started receiving a lot of men’s attention. It felt so validated when I got compliments. And because of that I got into really bad relationships and situations because of how naive I was. Super glad and proud she got out of that mess. She’s so cool and pretty

    I really respect her because I know her because a song had her name (not the diss) and I just read the comments and realized she was a porn actress (I was still too young to even be interested in watching porn). Several weeks later I see an article talking about why she quits porn, and after reading it I was in shock. At the time I was maybe 11 or 12 and never really realized how much some people get enslaved by contracts. I know her because of these struggles and seeing her getting insulted online just makes me sad for her. I'm happy that she's sort of ok now. That was a great interview!
