Haven’t bought it yet! Ive been on a phase of older games rn and it’s definitely way more fun than the DLC! I’m planning to buy it but I probably won’t until part 2.

Great to see another video by you! I really needed this since mentally and emotionally speaking I’ve been super drained. I actually just shiny hunted for applin yesterday and managed to get one in legit the worst outbreak (The mounstain side one in medali). I intended on that applin being for Dipplin, but ultimately I decided to use it for a different hunt I was doing before: Shiny Appletun, a shiny I didn’t like initially on a beloved Pokémon, but that ultimately grew on me

This is my first time coming across this channel and I’m quite fascinated. Keep up the good work!

When hunting pinco I recommend an outbreak since they won’t only be in trees and the shiny will be easy since normal ones kinda blend with the grass while the shinys stand out. That’s how I found mine

Youll be happy to know that outbreaks with alternate forms are now fixed, so after the 2.0.1 update, that yellow tatsugiri outbreak would actually be a yellow tatsugiri outbreak

For my Azurill, I put a fairy type aura to avoid attracting all kind of normal typed creeps and unwanted guests.

10:27 oddly i got 2 noibat fine but randomly after that found a noivern that was flying where i couldn't reach and kepted trying to get it. eventually it flew where i could reach. 27:12 oddly i didn't phase on that one (mine was iron jugulas but didn't phase) but i did phase on iron valliant.

I've found three three family mousholds through Tera raids so if you want to do Tera raids in order to find a shiny I think it has to be full odds though also you can find trade evolutions this way and special lycanrock form but these are all 5 level Tera raids

I'm pretty sure that the furthest away Tropius during the opening segment to the hunt is a shiny.

For the Magneti, Magneton and Sandy Shocks (2 in Violet and 1 in my sister's Scarlet), I was relying on the color of the magnets to spot the shiny as the lighting can make the golden hue hard to spot. Definitly did not to with Magneti and Magneton though.

no Hoppip is the most common shiny I've found more than 30 (and traded them off all named Pink) Edit: Also not using sandwiches, just popping up while I was leveling up pokemon near the fairy team star base, there's a ramp that goes up near the snow on the west side of that area just go up the ramp and keep going until you see a cliff of snow then back to the base of the ramp (I was hunting Chancy, I know I probably spelled that wrong) in that area found probably 90 shiny pokemon traded off most of the extras since didn't need but like 1 of each stage of evolution)

I'm hunting for Minior, but my game seems to want to give me EVERYTHING ELSE and I've killed so many Minior that I have 999 Minior shells in my bag!!! I don't have any Herba Mystica and I have no interest in getting any (too hard) so I'm trying to use Encounter Power Flying Level 2 (I remembered Minior was part Flying type) any further advice, does the counting method work without Sparkling Power Level 2 or 3 (I only have access to Level 1)

3:05 for me it’s the marill line. I have all 3 of them (granted, in different versions and on different accounts) and I’ll probably get more judging by how they seem to follow me around everywhere I go

My first shiny in s/v was a noivern. It took me about 5 seconds in the outbreak to find it XD

Mine was a Noibat that I eventually evolved. My other shinies are Meditite and Hawlucha just today

Dude I have like 300 hours in the game and have only ever got one eevee outbreak and guess what it was broken. I'm still mad about tbh. So many outbreaks completely broken for me lately

I must've gotten extremely lucky on roaring moon if its got that reputation since I ended up getting 2 shinies in one sandwich without phasing (no shiny charm).

That was actually my first shiny in Gen 9 before post-game. I stupidly traded it away, however, when I traded it for a Scarlet exclusive Pokemon before I got Scarlet. I regret everything! 😢

The only Happiny I found was the one I caught for the ‘dex. A shiny one. I haven’t seen any normal Happiny AT ALL in Pokémon Violet.

I got random encounter Floatzel in Pokemon legend Arceus and shiny same for Dusclops

I like to hunt using mass outbreaks and it always bothers me when you waist herba mystica to bring down the odds by like 100.

I have almost 300 hours of in game play time and have not found a single shiny, received multiple through wonder trading. I’ve tried the sandwich method, I’ve tried running back and forth between routes to reset Pokémon, I’ve tried resetting using the picnic method. Anyone have any tips? I’ve watched tons of videos and nothing works for me. Maybe I’m blind and that’s the problem.

Well, it makes sense that you failed the Dudunsparce and Maushold tasks, considering that their chance of evolving to the rare kind is 1/100. Although you were lazy and could have caught three more shinies to get that 200 shiny task. XD

Wait a damn minute ive seen spiritomb in the over world they are just super rare

I got 4 Toedscools in about an hour through an outbreak, no shiny charm or sandwich boost.

I have a shiny lechonk,slowbro,gyados,golduck,makueta,flutter mane and psyduck,luxray(in arceus)
